Yes I'm Vegan and Yes I can cook. ✊🏽🌱I had the two best food reviewers in St Louis try it. By best I mean picky AF and will tell it like it is.

I’m happy with my purchase from @mixtiles if you want a QUICK change for your space definitely check them out! Print ANY pic from your phone; even the screenshots you stole off of Google lol! They also have illustrations on different ways on how you can hang your photos; so it doesn’t have to be in a row just like mine. They have one that helps you place your photos in a heart shape and other shapes. They also have packages to fit almost any budget!

I would also like to add that I purchased these five years ago and they have been on my wall since Covid LMAO! I made the video. I totally forgot to post it. While I was cleaning out my camera roll today I found it. So hopefully this lets you know that they really do stick on the walls lol

Sometimes you gotta cut the dead hair AND the dead weight. ✂️😂 Back to my natural roots we go. Let’s see how fast she grows back. 🌱

And before y’all start… IT’S HAIR. IT GROWS BACK. 😭

When your hair stylist don’t play about you! Love her !!
She is really my little sister, she just don’t know it.
Between her and my other stylist, I am so spoiled and I love it!! She is only going to deal with me and my shenanigans for a while then she says now let’s talk!! 😩 #lifeistooshort #shehashair #iwantitdyedagain #silkpressfortheweek #mystylistkeepmefly!!

It’s been a month since I’ve embarked upon my 2nd #locjourney and what’s crazy is that my first set (1999) was started when my life had a big change. I was a teenager and I was heading off to college to start my adult life. So much happened during that time. There was no way I was going to keep that set 😅…Now, I’m in my 40’s and life definitely has new meaning. This time it’s way more personal and intentional. Meaningful growth cannot be rushed and I’m here for the ride.

FINALLY! After years of talking about embarking upon my 2nd #locjourney I’ve finally been lead to do so! I was up at 5am to finish my hair and witness the #wolfmoon and TRUE start of the year. This symbolizes for me a time of reflection, change, and a chance to lock in some of the #supermoon energy.

My last loc journey taught me more about commitment, being comfortable With the young natural me, and how growth doesn’t happen overnight. This time, I’m moving with more intention, more love, stronger boundaries, and a clearer sense of who I am and who I’m becoming.

There’s something about starting fresh with purpose. On this journey will definitely be in my #softpower era and I can hardly wait!

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the Vegan Block Party! 🌱✨ We danced, we ate, we drank—it was a whole vibe. Big thanks to @projectanimalfreedom for making this happen and to @bougiebitesstl for graciously hosting us. 💚 #CapCut #stlveganblockparty #agooddaytobeblackandvegan #vegansofinstagram #stlvegan #blackveganbusiness #veganmissouri #stlouisvegan #veganstlouis

#imobsessed with these #butterflybraids OMG! And I overdid it with the #bayang 🤷🏾‍♀️
.
#wavyhair used was @bobbiboss_hair 28” #kingtips #oceanwave purchased from @beautyiconstl - IT TANGLES BAD if you’re actually trying to cornrow with it. Probably easier to work with if it’s shorter. It will definitely be much easier if you are adding it to the end of something or crocheting it in. But you will be pissed if you try to do an actual #cornrow with it.
