Viruz 1991-1987-2020
Where to start... The cover of the Number 12 Viruz magzine had a character by @kozeibm on the cover. I took this picture in 1987 at the NYC HOF. The Viruz piece was done in 91 at the Heiligegeeststraat HOF in Eindhoven. The newpaper article appeared in ED in 91 starring @erwinthomasse and yours truly, and no, I won't turn my head to the camera. 😂 Next to the Viruz piece is a TemptCue combo going over a House character. These two dudes came from England to hang at House's home but got kicked out by his mom. 😭 My brother Jungl gave them refuge at his house. 3 decades later there was a new Viruz going around. @moron_doa used this and the magazine cover for his piece from 2020. Thank you for the dedication. 🙌🏼

1993 i was in the Netherlands to paint graffiti, saw both Cypress Hill and Black Crows thanks to the guy in a Black Crowes-shirt, wich i later named my son after. I had this canvas with me and did quick portraits of people i hung out with. Posca on canvas 1993.

12 internationale kunstenaars bundelen werk in ‘Make Some Noise: Desire. Stage. Change.’ in erg uiteenlopende vormen.
