Expo day 2 ⭕️ because apparently I still have content to share 😂

This Olympia felt extra special. Vegas is home now, and this time we weren’t only here to watch. We were cheering for Zabe, our friend, teammate, and family, on that stage. 🥹🫶🏼

Since changing divisions, I’ve made so many new friendships. Seeing my Figure girls again felt so good, and the love from my new Wellness girls made this weekend even more special. What a freaking weekend!! 💗

This is the kind of week that gives you energy for the whole year.

Next year’s Olympia dates are already on the calendar. Let’s work. ⭕️

Some friendships just happen so easily, and ours was like that. 🤍

We became friends, realized we are basically the same person, even and started showing up in matching outfits without even planning it 😂

My 10th Olympia weekend. How is that even possible? 😂

Every year I come back and feel the same excitement. Seeing old friends, meeting new people, enjoying the energy, and this time, watching Zab experience her first Olympia.

So many memories here, and somehow every year gives me a new one.

Very happy to be here for number 10. ⭕️🤍

Estou no maior palco do mundo @mrolympiallc 🥹

Talvez eu ainda não tenha conseguido entender completamente o tamanho dessa frase.
Estou vivendo um dos momentos mais importantes da minha vida e da minha carreira. Um momento que, por muito tempo, existiu apenas nos meus sonhos. Um lugar que eu assistia de longe, admirava, imaginava… e que hoje eu tenho a honra de chamar de realidade.

Estar aqui, na minha primeira participação no Olympia, é a maior vitória da minha carreira até agora. Independentemente de qualquer resultado, eu já olho para essa jornada com o coração em paz, porque eu sei tudo o que precisei fazer para chegar até esse palco. Sei o quanto sonhei. Sei o quanto trabalhei. Sei quantas vezes precisei acreditar que era possível antes mesmo de ter qualquer garantia de que seria.

E hoje eu posso olhar para aquela menina que um dia sonhou com tudo isso e dizer: nós conseguimos.

Eu também quero agradecer profundamente a todas as pessoas que torcem por mim. Àquelas que acompanham cada passo, que vibram com minhas conquistas, que mandam mensagens, que oram por mim e que ficam genuinamente felizes quando eu realizo algo. É muito especial saber que existem pessoas do outro lado da tela que sentem minhas conquistas como se fossem delas. Pessoas que acreditaram, que incentivaram e que estiveram presentes mesmo estando tão longe. E o mais especial vai ao @esecco e @gabiconsolmagno que foram as pessoas mais importantes nesse processo e seguraram minha mão até o fim ❤️

Not everything in life is about things, it’s about people and the moments we share.

I’m incredibly grateful to have been surrounded by such amazing people throughout all these years of competing, during my prep, and on show day.

Unfortunately, I don’t have photos with everyone who made this moment so special, but here are just a few of the many people who were there cheering me on.

I’ll be forever grateful for every hug, every word of encouragement, and every bit of support. ❤️

Welcome to the IFBB Pro League, Wellness Pro. 🤍

When Natalia first came to me, it was only supposed to be for a few months. Somehow, those months turned into years of working together.

From the very beginning, I knew she had the potential to become an IFBB Pro.

Consistent. Disciplined. Committed.

Year after year, she kept showing up. She trusted the process, embraced every phase, and never lost sight of the bigger picture.

As a coach, moments like this are hard to put into words.

People see the Pro Card. I see every early morning, every training session, every check-in, every adjustment, every setback, and every small victory that led to this moment.

This wasn’t built overnight.

It was built through consistency.

Watching you earn your IFBB Pro Card has been one of the proudest moments of my coaching career. We dreamed about this day for a long time, and it came exactly when it was meant to.

Congratulations, Wellness Pro. You earned every bit of this, and I couldn’t be prouder. ❤️

🇧🇷 Essa foto representa a realização de um sonho que começou há 5 anos.

Vocês enxergaram em mim algo que eu jamais imaginaria ser: uma atleta. Abriram as portas do mundo do bodybuilding para mim e, com isso, mudaram completamente a minha vida.

Desde então, abraçaram esse sonho como se fosse de vocês. Sempre diziam: “Nós vamos chegar lá. Você vai virar PRO.” E hoje, nós chegamos.

Essa conquista não é sobre perfeição. É sobre persistência, aprendizado, confiança e uma equipe que nunca desistiu.

Obrigada por cada ensinamento, por cada puxão de orelha (que foram muitos 😂), pela paciência e, principalmente, por acreditarem em mim até nos momentos em que eu mesma duvidei.

Eu conquistei o meu PRO Card, mas essa vitória é nossa.

Agora começa um novo capítulo. Um novo sonho. Uma nova jornada. E tenho certeza de que, juntos, continuaremos escrevendo uma história ainda mais bonita.

From that moment on, you embraced this dream as if it were your own. You always said, “We’ll get there. You’ll become a PRO.” And today, we did.

This achievement isn’t about perfection. It’s about persistence, growth, trust, and a team that never gave up.

Thank you for every lesson, every reality check (and there were many 😂), for your patience, and most importantly, for believing in me—even during the moments when I doubted myself.

I earned my PRO Card, but this victory belongs to all of us.

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter. A new dream. A new journey. And I’m certain we’ll continue building an even more beautiful story together.

365 days.

One decision.

A completely different body.

One year ago, I was preparing for a Figure competition.

Today, I’m in a completely different chapter of my journey.

A lot can happen in 365 days.

Most people think transformation comes from finding the perfect workout or the perfect diet.

It doesn’t.

It comes from showing up, trusting the process, making the right adjustments, and having a coach who knows exactly what your body needs at every stage.

This transformation wasn’t luck.

It was built one decision at a time.

The next 365 days are going to pass anyway.
