Keep showing up, even on the days you don’t feel like it. Progress isn’t always obvious, but every session, every repetition and every bit of effort counts. You don’t have to be the best today, just better than you were yesterday. Small improvements, consistently. That’s how you get somewhere.

You won’t always feel motivated. You won’t always see progress. Some days you’ll question whether all the work is even worth it.

Keep going anyway.

A lot can change when you give yourself enough time. The days nobody notices, the sacrifices nobody sees, the times you choose discipline over comfort, they all add up.

Stop worrying about how far you still have to go and remember how far you’ve already come.

Stay patient. Stay focused. Keep building.

One day you’ll look back and realize that the version of you who refused to quit changed everything.

It’s crazy to think that something I put off for so long has become something I genuinely can’t imagine my life without.

When I first started Muay Thai, I had absolutely no idea what I was doing, let alone how much this sport would eventually mean to me. What started as simply taking a chance on something new has turned into one of the biggest passions in my life.

Now, I spend most of my week training, constantly wanting to improve, showing up for myself and setting goals I never would’ve imagined having when I first started in this sport.

And that’s exactly why I’ll always encourage people to take the chance. Starting something new can feel intimidating, uncomfortable and even embarrassing when you’re not good at it yet. But nobody starts off being good at something and there’s always room for growth and improvement during the entire process.

Sometimes the smallest decision to try something new ends up changing your life in ways you never could’ve imagined.

You don’t have to know where it’s going to take you. You just have to be willing to start. ❤️

Also a big thankyou to @esm.coaching for constantly pushing me.

You can either spend your life wondering what you’re capable of, or you can put in the work and find out.

Some people walk into your life and see the potential in you before you ever see it yourself.

Having the right people in your corner matters more than you realise. The ones who push you when you’re comfortable, believe in you when you’re doubting yourself, and genuinely want to see you do well. Not everyone will understand where you’re going, and that’s okay, just make sure the people beside you actually want to see you get there.

Forever grateful I found the right person in my corner. 🖤
