Todayโ€™s trip to @pingminghealth was organised by @essenceofcandy_ and Iโ€™m so grateful to the wonderful people within homeschool communities who organise these excursions ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ We learnt about traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) such as cupping and acupuncture and got live demonstrations! We got to look around, check out their treatment rooms and herb garden, we learnt about different organs inside our body, even got to try our hand at Chinese writing! Weโ€™re a big fan of alternative therapies so it was great to see so many Tiny Humans curious and eager to learn today. Have you ever had acupuncture or had cupping done? An unfamiliar world, and yet the yearning was always there. To live, learn, heal and grow beside other women. To laugh, cry, celebrate and ENJOY. To revel in the beauty of sisterhood, as I felt it in my bones. And so moment by moment, I let it in. And here we are. There are no words for the courage it takes to reclaim the true power and strength of sisterhood for ourselves as women. To meet ourselves, softly, in the discomfort, sweaty palms and all, waiting for life to stretch out and hold us. still landing and have no words for this past weekendโœจ so much release and so much iโ€™ve gained by simply having the honour to witness hundreds of incredible women fully embrace who they are, in all of their light and their darkness equally๐Ÿค after days of no reception and being apart of a village amongst women, nature, spirits and nothing else i must admit, the thought of going back to society feels a little repelling, probably because iโ€™m still purging so much. being. is all i want to be right now. just me. and all that really really matters. so iโ€™m allowing however long it takes me to re-emerge and feel ready to step into the outside world again๐Ÿค and paying my deepest respects and thanking and acknowledging the traditional owners of the land for welcoming us into their home๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ
