It’s that time again 💜

In less than 2 weeks, 20 incredible Strapped students will take on 5 back-to-back Strapped Fitness classes — all to Give Cancer the STRAP!
Every squat, press, and lizard crawl is for something bigger: raising funds for the WRHN Cancer Care & Compassion Fund, in memory of our Margaret who lost her courageous battle this August. 🌺

💪 The Strapped family is fighting back the best way we know how — through the formidable power of community, strength, and heart.

Follow along on our stories (📲 IG + FB) as our teams hustle for donations and push us one step closer to another record-breaking year. Supported once again by @wrhn.foundation 🤍

💜 Thank you to our amazing sponsors:
@gibsonsoundandvision @berrybirandbeans @tgcsco @twbcoop @essentialwealthgroup @grainharvestbreadhouse @kw.selfportraitstudio @roots.resilience.counselling

Together, we’re proving that strength is more than muscle — it’s what we do for each other. 🫶🏼

Behold one of our most radiant STRAPPED STARS 🌟 YASMIN @yrojasgram12

We couldn’t resist sharing this truly remarkable transformation - while most people are interested in before and after weight lots pics - at Strapped we geek out on posture, anatomy, and that hard earned muscle baby! 💪🏽🏆

Yasmin is a true beauty inside AND out, and we are so honoured to have been invited on her journey to be the best version of herself she could be! 💜

Yasmin knows through hard work and the right coaching - the possibilities are endless!

Can everyone share some big Strapped love for our amazing Yasmin!? 🌟🙌🏼🥰
