Transparent moment, when God moves me to speak, I speak. Often I’m not even sure of what I want to say, I just have move when He says move. And sometimes it’s as simple as, “Hey Honey, I love your pants!” … That one comment ended with me and my new client crying over the goodness of God. I NEVER even mentioned I did real estate when she shared that she really wanted to purchase a multi family this year, but didn’t know where to start. … God is so intentional. He sends me my clients.

Of course I went to work for her immediately. We found the perfect double, great price, great location, with 100% financing! She got everything she wanted and more. At the closing table she said, “I was once a HANO tenant and now I have HANO tenants.” Whew 🫳🏾🎤🔥🙌🏾❤️🏡

When people ask, “How is real estate going?” Purposeful, Intentional, Amazing, Life Changing, Fulfilling…

If you desire to own a home or multifamily, are looking to sell, or really want to grow your real estate portfolio, call me. I would love to be of assistance. (504)237-2464

Where do I even start… #mytwin You have done such an amazing job! A 29 on the ACT in the 8th grade (with 35 in reading), graduating with Honors, acceptance into the High School of your choice, all while balancing drama, art, beta and baseball. G-Mama & Paw Paw Vince are definitely smiling from above! It is such an honor to be your mother. Your future is so bright AND this is only the beginning. #blessedtobeyourmommy #ourfirstborn

We were kind of busy at @hoteldrover last weekend! The first ever Marini Skin Solutions Skin Summit was one for the books! A fun day of learning, spending time with our partners, and strategic planning for our accounts!

Thank you to all of the accounts that attended and to @mariniskinsolutions for hosting this amazing event! And to you, @clare_mariniskin , there is no one else I would rather plan an event with 🫶🏼

We are more than just skincare. We are solutions. We are family! #mariniskinsolutions

✨As a solo entrepreneur, taking time away isn’t easy. When I’m not at work, unfortunately I am also not getting paid ( yet! ) . The tension between labor and leisure is real, especially when your income depends on you showing up.

But here’s what this summer taught me ☀️ the memories with family and friends will always outweigh the hours spent chasing money. I stepped into my 4th decade in a way that felt grand and special—surrounded by love, joy, and the mercy of God. And even after stepping away multiple times this summer, during the “slow season”, my business was still there waiting for me.

Summer was a season of facing fears, leaning on God, and choosing love. Now, I’m stepping into Fall with gratitude and expectation for a beautiful harvest. 🍁

Work hard. Play surrounded by love. Trust God every step of the way… hello to a new season ✨

✨ It’s easy to see the beautiful side of entrepreneurship — the glowup, the wins, the highlight moments. ✨

But never underestimate the journey it takes to get there. The late nights. The quiet battles. The discipline to keep showing up when no one is watching.

You cannot wear the crown without respecting the scars. Behind every laugh, there’s resilience. Behind every milestone, there’s a journey worth honoring.

I love minimalism, sunshine, and great skincare.
As a mom and entrepreneur, I’ve learned that my best ideas (and my best self) come when life feels aligned, my spirit feels nourished, and my skin is well taken care of.
Self-care is more than beauty—it’s wholeness. 💫

What is your best self-care moment?

A new season is on the horizon💫

So grateful for the doors that God has opened, the destiny helpers he has aligned me with, and the purpose he placed inside of me. Continuously praying that his hand, favor, and wisdom rests upon me firmly.

@esthetictherapy had an amazing time @mumfestofficial and I cannot wait to experience the season ahead! ✨✨
