Some frame grabs from the hero film @etchd shot for @worldexpeditions @tasmanianexpeditions across the stunning 6-day Overland Track, Tasmania.

It’s always challenging shooting stills and video solo, especially while hauling a full pack. However the magical weather and light conditions made it totally worth it.

Where is the most remote place you have ever worked?

On a recent expedition from Australia to Svalbard, Norway, Matt Horspool of @etchd photography brought espresso 17 Pro to the Arctic waters of the north. Pushing the boundaries of portability without compromise.

Here are some of my favourite clips from a recent commercial film shoot up in the Arctic, with @aurora_expeditions

These shoots are definitely highlights of my year. Being out in the most beautiful locations in the world, surrounded by the best and most knowledgeable crew in the business is life changing.

This was a tricky shoot in that the variety of content I needed to capture was very broad. Luckily I’d shot most of this before, and having worked as a guide with the company, I knew the ins and outs of the ship and schedules.

Gear choice was incredibly important for these types of jobs, with no chance of getting a replacement should something break or go wrong. I also required equipment that would just work, no matter what the conditions, but also cover a huge range of focal lengths and operate in super challenging and dynamic lighting conditions.

You can’t truly understand just how wild Antarctica is until you venture there. The fact that the early explorers navigated the seas, land and ice fields with primitive equipment and technology by today’s standards, blows my mind.

Me enamoro por voces y palabras.
Me enamoro de los labios que saben decir desobediencia, que saben a verdad.
Me enamoro de las mentes, que no callan ni mienten.
De las mentes que incendian alrededor.
Me enamoro libre
Entre fuego y llamaradas.
Me enamoro de la libertad.

Decided I needed to get some wedding moments up on this page.

Kicking off with my awesome friend @dani_clare and her husband Ryan, shot at the picturesque Observatory Hill.
