(🔗DM me “TRANSFORM” to receive a link to donate and get the full series)

I’m so excited to share this new series I completed with you all. Fear is something we all face in our life, and how we meet it is the difference between feeling trapped by it, and seeing it as a pathway to growth and courage.

In this 4-part meditation series, I’ll guide you through how to transform fear.

This is a fundraiser for @threejewelsnyc and all proceeds go to support scholarships, mentorship’s and job training. These practices have changed my life in innumerable ways, and I’d love to offer that back to other folks who could benefit from it.

Your donation matters!

(You can also just make a donation if you’re not interested in receiving the series)

DM me with your email once you make a donation and I’ll send access to the full series.

To love someone else is easy, but to love
what you are, the thing that is yourself,
is just as if you were embracing a glowing red-hot iron: it burns into you and that is very painful.
Therefore, to love somebody else in the first place is always an escape which we all hope for, and we all enjoy it when we are capable of it. But in the long run,
it comes back on us.

You cannot stay away from yourself forever, you have to return, have to come to that experiment, to know whether you really can love.
That is the question-whether you can love yourself, and that will be the test.

Meditation Teacher Training
Week 3:

Don’t tell me a perfect world doesn’t exist when I’ve had a taste of it.

I can feel a portal has opened—one where strangers from all over the world, from different time zones, different lives, different childhoods and traumas, come together to spend hours working their minds- imagining a perfect world.

While the world feels like it’s falling apart, we sit here building it—with naked vulnerability, compassion, and honesty.

As @sachipettit said it -this training is for the desperate and the brave-

Because it takes a desperate mind to get to that point of -f*ck this world, there has to be another way, and a brave heart to actually take the steps—to look inward, into the darkest places of the soul, to find the potential hiding inside the pain, to transform every bit of it as the biggest teacher, to see that we are beyond our limits, and to build a world full of love-

Aaaaand then, give it all away.
