I take the warm up for the cast of The Lion King on a Tuesday… I switch it up from Yoga, to 80s pop, to Pilates, and a bit of 11+ Dance - strength and conditioning 🧘🏾‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️

Today I’m going to teach them a Cha Cha routine to get their heart rates up, then do a bit of stretch and balance work… 💃

The BBTAs

✨️ Oh what a night ✨️

Can't believe they let me on stage to present an award with @shaunescoffery !?

The main purpose of my presence however was being part of @mrchaponda's fanclub #proud
