What an incredible week at the Novi Chamber!

We kicked things off with our Youth Collaborative meeting at @ets.novi.mi, bringing businesses and organizations together that are invested in creating opportunities and connections for young people in our community.

We celebrated the opening of @the.villagedesk with a ribbon cutting and had the opportunity to welcome them to the Novi business community.

We also joined the @lakesareachamberofcommerce and @waterfordwichamberofcommerce for a great multi-chamber event, creating connections that extend beyond our own communities.

And we wrapped up the week with an amazing morning at Pathworks Financial, Inc. and @pathworksai for Network B4 Nine. There is something special about starting the day with good conversations, new connections and the businesses that make our community what it is.

Four very different opportunities. One common thread: bringing people together and strengthening our business community.

What a week! JOIN US!

—————————
Your ROUTINE might be one of the most important things you develop as a young athlete.
•••
Life gets busy. School. Homework. Practices. Games. Workouts. Jobs. Chores. Friends. Family.
•••
You aren’t going to magically “find time” for everything. You have to learn how to MANAGE it.
•••
The best athletes in the world don’t just have elite workout routines. They build routines around their entire lives.

When they sleep.
When they wake up.
When they train.
How they eat.
How they recover.
How they prepare.
How they manage their responsibilities.
•••
There’s a reason the best are so consistent.
•••
And that’s a skill young athletes can start developing NOW.
•••
Learn to dominate the classroom AND the weight room. Handle your responsibilities at home AND show up prepared for practice. Make time for your family and friends AND prioritize your goals.
•••
Because eventually, sports end.
•••
The habits you’re developing right now don’t have to.
•••
Learning how to create structure, manage your time, stay consistent, and handle stress will carry into college, a career, relationships, and everything else life throws at you.
•••
Build routines that allow you to DOMINATE every area of your life.
