Dance has continued to bring me a lot of joy lately and that doesn't just apply to latin dance. I've been taking beginner hip hop classes at @thehivedancestudio lately. And just recently, I was able to attend their Open House Showcase and was able to capture just a tiny fraction of the AH-MAZING energy, moves and passion they brought to the stage. Be Team 24-25 🐝 A year ago, I attended The Hive’s open house showcase and was mesmerized by the talent and support on stage. It felt like more than just dance, it felt like family. When auditions were announced soon after, I was nervous but excited, and I decided to go for it. Since then, being part of this team has challenged me and pushed me to constantly improve. I’m so grateful I took that chance because it’s been one of the best decisions of my life. Be Team- Thank you for accepting me with open arms. Words can’t fully express how honored I feel to be part of something as special as this. The bond we’ve created over the past year is something I’ll cherish forever. You gave me the confidence and support I needed to grow. All the long hours, hard work, sweat, tears, and laughs we shared, both inside and outside of practice, showcased our dedication and love for dance. I’m so grateful to be on this journey with all of you, and I know the memories we’ve made will stay with me for a lifetime! This a a little late but yesterday marks a full year since I decided to step into the world of dance! I’m not gonna make a super long speech but I just wanted to say that I’ve been so grateful and blessed from what dancing has brought me, from all the friends I’ve met in class, from the teachers who have left such a long lasting impression on me, to the places I’ve started exploring, it’s all thanks to taking that first step.
