📢 We're heading to Aotearoa! On Friday 20 November, BREWYD and @triathlonnz are hosting Leadership Beyond the Algorithm, our first High Performance in Business event in New Zealand, as part of the World Triathlon Cup Tauranga 2026. The idea behind it is simple: the systems that build world-class athletes can build world-class leaders and teams. Pete de Wet, CEO of Triathlon New Zealand, will welcome guests. Our CEO, Warren Anderson, will then give the opening keynote, "Maximising Human Potential: Leadership Beyond the Algorithm", on the BREWYD Human Stack™ and why sport systems outperform traditional management theory. Warren won’t just be talking about performance. Two days later, he’ll be putting it to the test in the age-group race at the World Triathlon Cup Tauranga. 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ After that, Tauranga's own @eva_goodisson a New Zealand representative on the World Triathlon Championship Series, joins Reuben Tucker, Managing Director, Westpac Institutional & Business Banking, and Chair of Triathlon NZ on a panel about how elite performers prepare, decide and recover under pressure. Two more exciting panellists to be announced soon. We're especially proud of the venue. We'll be one of the first events held at He Puna Manawa, Tauranga's brand-new library and community hub, which opens its doors this October. If you lead people in business, this one’s for you. Come and learn the systems behind elite athlete performance, and how to use them to drive business results in your organisation 📅 Friday 20 November, 5:45 pm – 8:15pm 📍 He Puna Manawa, 95 Willow Street, Tauranga 🎟️ Free to attend, but places are strictly limited. Register now to secure yours Details and registration link in comments below. #HighPerformance #Leadership #Triathlon #Tauranga #WorldTriathlon #HumanPerformance

Racing at the highest level in the world is nothing short of hot & spicy! 🌶️ Solid points at T50 London! There’s still a little more work to do in these run legs to stick with the front women, but we’re committed to the long game—a patient, healthy build with the bigger picture in mind ✨ Another top-20 finish to the SC tally, with a 16:16 run split. Now it’s time to switch gears & focus for a little bit… 👀 📸 @portfoliosporttalent
