In case you missed it, I was on @cocktailwarstv on @eentertainment!!! But I did not get to throw a drink at anyone (damn). Such an awesome experience to compete with my lovely fellow contestants @onthemarkcocktails and @emmachammond ❤️ Thank you @eentertainment for having us, to @melissabrookecocktails, @lancebass, @realjoeyfatone, and @sethgreen for hosting (there is a selfie of us the 5 of us somewhere on Seth’s phone), and to the @brownforman (@kaylamata_, @sassy_chasse, @ptothekizz) and @prettyrickysbar teams for helping me put together a watch party! 2025 was filled with a lot of pivots, change, growth, re-direction, life lessons, heartbreak, and uncertainty. There were also moments where my emotions were low, days where it was hard to show up … But I believe I am making a difference, so I show up anyways.

This year was also filled with so much love, connection, re-connecting with beautiful friendships, and coming back “Home”. ❤️

As we enter into 2026… I am wishing everyone so much happiness, love, abundance and good fortune as we enter the New Year.

I believe that every person, life event, or major setback is to guide us along a path that is far better than the last. This year, I was reminded of who I am and what I am capable of.

Thank you for sharing this life with me. I am currently living in gratitude. Thank you for following me and for being a part of my life as I navigate this new chapter. Here’s to starting over. Here’s to a new beginning. I love you all so much. ❤️

“HANDSTAND PARTY”!! Lolol 🥳😂🤸‍♀️

Here is a short recap from the most recent Handstand Workshop (and some Handstand practice after the workshop).

I am still on a “endorphin high” after seeing everyone grow so much after the workshops. Thank you so much to all my amazing, committed and consistent students that came to the Handstand Workshop to learn and grow your practice. I am truly so inspired by each and every one of you. I love you guys so much 😊❤️

In this video, you see me take on the role as a mentor/teacher. I take my role as a teacher very seriously, and with intention. The role of the teacher is a huge responsibility and a huge honor. We should never take for granted being in the presence of talented, skilled and knowledgeable teachers. There is a “special magic” that happens when a teacher/mentor is able to guide the students to go above and beyond their perceived capabilities.

Remember that the learning NEVER STOPS. Even if you have been practicing and training at something for 15+ years, there is still SSOO much opportunity to learn more and grow.

I am so grateful for all the dedicated and enthusiastic students that came. We all had so much fun!

Stay on the journey. Keep moving forward. Looking forward to seeing you at the next workshop. Stay tuned!
