Okay, so what are you getting when you buy an RM2020? After all, you’ve probably heard me call it a work horse not a show pony because at the end of the day its a stainless steel, insulated box, with lights and some dials, and some very heavy stones that get hot. But… that’s all it needs to be so long as it’s done properly and because i wanted an oven that baked bread properly, that’s what you get.

No complicated, computerized systems, just well-built and designed to handle heat, steam and repetition time after time after time.

If you own one you know you don’t just get a damn good oven, you get:

Your oven personally delivered by me - in the UK - with very few exceptions.

My personal number.

Access to an amazing WhatsApp group which members affectionately call ‘family’. Nothing is hidden or deleted - hell, I’m not even an admin in there!

There are no call centers, no scripts no pithy sales pitches.

Just me - here, reachable, standing behind every oven because being committed to you and these ovens is who `i am.
