I give you Paris in Springtime😂 This was not filmed at Tyler Perry Studios lol

I absolutely love the wedding scenes in black-rom coms and my cousin’s wedding felt like a movie! A room filled with love, laughter, forgiveness, joy and fun!

And it reminds me, if we could read some of the scripts of our lives ahead of time, we’d prob throw them away😅 So grateful I got to see how this love story played out❤️

+++ A TABLE WITH A STORY +++

The dining room sits between the living space and kitchen, wrapped in warmth and continuity - raw oak ceilings above, white oak floors from Northern Wide Plank below, gently holding the interior together.
At the center is a custom dining table I designed specifically for this home. The oak slab came from one of the client’s own trees, cut down years ago at another property and saved with the hope that it could one day be used in a meaningful way. We kiln-dried the slab and crafted the table with one of my favorite workrooms, Antonio’s Antiques in San Francisco. A piece that carries memory, movement, and history, now given a new life as a place to gather.
What was once a more utilitarian space is now the quiet heart of the home, defined by material honesty, light, and intention. A room meant to be lived in, shared, and remembered.

Akira’s nursery was such a joy to design, mixing soft patterns, layering textures, and repurposing a few treasured pieces from her older brothers’ nurseries to make it uniquely hers. 🩷 Today, as she turns 6 months, I am celebrating all the love and joy she brings into our lives. Half a year of pure sweetness in her perfect little haven. 💕

Growing up in Switzerland, Christmas was a season of magic, thanks to my mom’s devotion to Swiss traditions that brought our home to life. From the scent of freshly baked cookies to the warm glow of candlelight, these moments are etched in my heart.
Now, living in America, I find joy in carrying those traditions forward, weaving them into new ones with my own family. It’s a reminder of what makes this time so special—a warm, welcoming home filled with love, laughter, and memories.
As a designer, my goal is to create that same feeling for my clients, a home that wraps you in warmth and reflects your personal story. Because, just like the holidays, home is where the heart truly shines. ❤️✨

As a designer, I’m endlessly inspired by the visionaries, designers, architects, and artists, who’ve paved the way for what we create today. I love diving into their processes, learning how things are made, and analyzing why some designs become timeless classics while others beautifully capture a specific moment in time.
The Eames chair is one of those timeless pieces that has always intrigued me. Its ability to endure through decades is impressive, but for me, it’s even more special because of the memories we’ve made with it. The chair is almost like our diary, silently holding the stories of our lives. IF it could talk, it would have a million tales to tell.
What’s something in your life that holds emotional value because of the memories it carries?

We got to install this gorgeous table by @taylordonsker this week! 🤎🙏🏼 Absolutely in love how it turned out. From the wood grain, the veining, the color, to the brass metal inlays, not to mention the blackened steel legs! Excited for our wonderful clients to enjoy many holiday meals with their family around this table! 🤎

Wallpaper installation day makes it to the top three favorite things during a project installation. This @cole_and_son_wallpapers Nuvolette did not disappoint and certainly added the right amount of drama to this bathroom!

We had the amazing opportunity to attend a De Gournay event and try our hand at painting a butterfly—let’s just say it’s even harder than it looks! The level of detail and precision required is incredible. It gave me an even deeper appreciation for the incredibly talented artisans who create these stunning hand-painted wallpaper panels. @degournay #DeGournay #HandPaintedWallpaper #Artisanship
