over the summer i had the pleasure of doing newsies with so many talented people. it was a lot of hard work and it was so worth it. i am extremely grateful for the entire cast and crew who brought me so much joy throughout the whole process :) i miss you all so much!!

I’m not ready for this summer to be over! As completely exhausted as I am, I couldn’t be more grateful to be doing all the things that I love to do! Telling stories, making music, and dancing with such incredible artists every single day, is my dream come true. I don’t take a single moment of it for granted.

Thank you to my entire Newsies cast, crew, and creative team @broadwayrosetheatre who made this show, and this summer such a special one. What a beautiful roller coaster it was!

And special love to my girl, Katherine, who taught me more about what I am capable of in the last couple of months than I even knew possible. Just watch what happens ♥️

If you know me, you know it’s no secret that Newsies has held very large influence within my heart for a long time - but telling this story with the BRTC creatives, cast, crew, musicians & artists has been an incredible privilege larger than I could have possibly imagined.

Truly, thank you to everyone who took part in this process, start to finish. Thank you to @broadwayrosetheatre for reminding us about belonging this season. And to the Portland-Metro community (and family/friends who came from out of town!), thank you for your unending support. This summer has been a love letter to you!

it’s hard to find the right words to express just how much this experience means to me. this cast, crew, and stage is incredible, and i feel so honored to be part of something so special. young queer trans me would be thrilled to know we made it there eventually 🥹 thank you newsies for giving me something to believe in!
