It's about being part of something greater than yourself…

Over the last few years, I've been lucky enough to be in some incredible rooms with some of the BEST coaches, PTs, doctors, performance coaches, speed coaches, and athletic trainers out there.

There's something special about being surrounded by brilliant minds. It sparks conversation, new ideas, and different approaches you'd never come up with on your own.

Some days I feel like the dumbest person in the room, and honestly? That's the best place to be. It's humbling, but it's also incredibly motivating. To have people take the time to teach you, explain why they do what they do, and show you how they see movement in different ways and contexts… that's a gift.

Learn. Question. Apply. Improve. Repeat.

I'm genuinely grateful to share rooms with people who don't just talk, but build each other up. People who care about making athletes and teams better, and who understand there's room for EVERYONE to win.

To everyone who has ever taught me a thing or two, whether it was years ago or just this week: thank you. You've shaped how I coach, how I think, and who I am.

As I sit on a plane flying across the country, I can’t help but reminisce on the past 9 months of this year.

So much has changed and continues to change but just as it was when I had an identity crisis almost 10 years ago… training has remained a constant for me.

Working towards something and building up the excitement to compete with others doing the same has given me a rekindled tenacity that I lost when football ended for me.

It’s not the game itself that I miss. It’s the locker room. The camaraderie. The beauty in the struggle along side teammates. Nothing was able to replace that… until now.

I mean it when I say this competition means more to me than people realize. It’s a revitalizing and reinvigorating feeling that I didn’t realize I needed in my life.

I’ve talked about it before, when your entire identity revolves around being an athlete for the first two decades of your life, you have to input something into your life to replace the sport once it’s time to hang up the cleats. That void has to be filled or you’ll search for years like I did.

For me, this is it. Find whatever it is that YOU are after and go all in.

Excited to have qualified for this year’s PGA Tour Butterfield Bermuda Championship! 🇧🇲

Extremely grateful for this opportunity to compete on home soil at Port Royal Golf Course — the place where my golfing journey started.

There have been plenty of highs, lows, setbacks, lessons, and moments that tested me along the way. To now have another opportunity to tee it up in a PGA Tour event in front of family, friends, supporters, and my home country means a lot.

6 SPORTS. PROFESSIONAL COACHES. ONE ACTION-PACKED AFTERNOON.

We’re kicking off the school year by giving Bermuda’s kids the opportunity to try something new, get active, build confidence and maybe even discover the sport they fall in love with.

SHOWTIME KIDS: ALL-STAR SPORTS EXPERIENCE

Participants will rotate through six different sports, spending 30 minutes at each station with experienced coaches and professionals:

Golf • Boxing • Kickboxing • Pickleball • Fitness • Tennis

Professional coaching throughout the afternoon.

No experience is needed. The whole idea is to let kids get out there, TRY IT, LEARN IT & HAVE FUN.
