First half of 2025 🤍

Saying goodbye to good friends and learning that endings don’t cancel the love.
Finding peace with my body as it softened and shifted after bodybuilding, letting go of who I thought I had to be and honouring who I was becoming.

Miles travelled, hearts expanded.
Reuniting with friends overseas, getting lost in Mykonos, Italy, and Germany. Sun-soaked days, long conversations, familiar laughs in unfamiliar places.

Watching a friend fight cancer… and win.
Being reminded how fragile and fierce life really is.

New connections appeared when I least expected them.
Quiet lessons, deep gratitude, and a softer kind of strength settling in.

Not perfect. Not easy.
But deeply real and I wouldn’t trade it. ✨
