big times down at puckett’s yard
with the last show done, pucketts has come to end

When I first started these shows, I was praying for an audience of 20. But what happened over the next 2 years grew to something much bigger than that. I’ve been in awe of every performer that came across that stage. Kids ranging from first timers to damn near professional, everyone came with the same passion and confidence. The community that we built at these shows blew my mind. You could feel it every night, in the air as we joined arms for revival. Those are nights I’m going to keep close to me the rest of my life. And I hope, if the goal worked, you might too.

To every performer that had the guts to step up and try, thank you so much.
To everyone that came to a show or two, I hope you enjoyed your time, thanks for spending it with us
And to everyone who helped me keep the train on the tracks,
@luke.williams42 @samc1130 @harris_i_am @thisisjenniearle @karenhop50 @amybith and Rich Hopkins, I literally couldn’t have done it without yalls endless generosity with your time and attention, thank you

a needed recognition also to @slug2323 @theramkat @actennille and @wsjournalnow for your trust and support in what pucketts was about, thank yall so much
if anyone is hosting shows in winston and wants a repost, just dm me, I gotchu

Puckett’s Yard is dedicated to everlasting spirits of Dailen Woods, Claire Wagaman, and Patricia Taylor
