Some experiences feel like a dream even while you’re living them. 🌸

Three unforgettable days surrounded by flowers, beauty, creativity, and women who share such a deep love for this art. Learning from Ariella Chezar, someone whose work has inspired me for years was more meaningful than I could ever fully put into words.

I came home with a renewed sense of wonder, a deeper appreciation for the quiet language of flowers, and memories I know I’ll carry with me for a very long time.

The biggest thank-you to Anne @the.dahlia.house for dreaming up and bringing this incredibly beautiful retreat to life. Every thoughtful detail made the experience feel truly magical. And to @ariellachezardesign, thank you for sharing your extraordinary eye, your wisdom, and your encouragement with us so generously.

Still floating somewhere among the flowers. 🤍

Today @christiansonsnursery with @ariellachezardesign
& @the.dahlia.house

Such a fun day practicing large installations. We water-picked the dahlias so anyone that wants an incredible photo op (family or senior photos anyone?) should stop by the nursery and make use of this magical installation.
(along the large tree isles on the southwest corner of the nursery…🫶🏼)

the most fun night!! Flowers and food are the best combo. So thankful to @the.dahlia.house for the opportunity to cater the VIP golden hour dinner last Thursday at the first ever Skagit Valley Flower Festival!

The whole menu was whole foods-forward & gluten, dairy, and seed oil free— created and organized by yours truly for ~50 lovely people ✨

special shout out to my mom for being my second set of hands to make this happen! We make a great team 👯‍♀️ …same time next year?!

Stay tuned for part two where I make lunch for over 100 on flower farmer day 👩‍🌾🌻

BTS of what my weeks looks like when I have a wedding- it’s definitely not just a one day event!

I know I speak for all event florists when I say that we put so much time, energy, and thought into making sure your flowers are everything you’ve dreamed of ✨

It’s an honor to fill my days with this work 💗

I also can’t do it alone! Shout out to my helpers last week @every_bloom @busara.flora @tangerine.blooms @merekers and @seattlewholesalegrowersmarket & @mayeshseattle for providing the best blooms!
