Trying my best not to laugh at @dr.fitness_brown.

Some days the run is harder in the mind than the body. 10 minutes in and i already felt like it was a slog, with the knowledge that I 66 to go. Then the treadmill timed out at 60 minutes, and I had a decision to make, run another 16minutes? Or go home.
I ran.
Because there is always a choice.
And those choices shape us, day by day

Training focused on running faster, with a limited schedule has pretty much caused my squat to plateau. I'm always trying to balance recovery with my running training blocks.
Todays leg workout comes after an anaerobic workout yesterday, my hips are sore, my plantar fascir sore, but I WANT this. So the work must continue.

Heavy lifts. Unbreakable drive. IRONSIDE. 💪🏽⚡️

Meet Heliobiotics athlete Krishna “Ironside” Lutchman 🇹🇹 — Caribbean Heavyweight Champion and the 2026 Grizzly Classics Heavyweight Champion. 🏆

From the yoke walk and farmer’s walk to the car deadlift, Krishna took three event wins at this year’s Grizzly Classics, alongside second-place finishes in the truck and boat pulls — earning the title of Best Overall Male Athlete. 🔥

Behind every tonne moved is a story of resilience, determination and the drive to keep pushing beyond limitations.

Go beyond the heavy lifts as Ironside shares his journey, what drives him and how Heliolytes fits into his training routine. ⚡️

His strength. His story. Our pride.
Proud to be part of his journey.
