Outmarket is evolving. After getting a room full of gym owners together, one thing became very clear. We’re not just a marketing agency. And if we’re honest, we never really wanted to be another one. We didn’t start Outmarket to run spammy ads, create shite branding or spend our time dick measuring over inflated numbers online. In fact, that was everything we built against. At our first Founders Summit, something clicked. Different businesses. Different stages. But so many of the same problems. The same frustrations. The same goals. The same core values. And most importantly, the same desire to build a better business and a better life because of it. Because behind every gym is an owner with a life outside of it. And their business should make that life better too. That’s when we realised the brand had already started becoming something bigger than Outmarket. So Outmarket is becoming: The Gym Owner’s Club Our mission hasn’t changed. Help gym owners build better businesses that create more freedom in their lives. Through better marketing. Better branding. Better systems. Better strategy. Better use of AI. And better implementation. Because marketing matters. But marketing alone doesn’t build a great business. The Gym Owners Club gives us the space to build something much bigger around that mission. And one of the first parts of that is our new FREE community for gym owners. Just like our first Founders Summit was free. A place to learn, ask questions, share ideas, get support and be around people who actually understand the realities of running a gym. No gatekeeping the useful stuff. Just useful conversations, practical support and good operators helping good operators move forward. What happened in that room shouldn’t disappear when the event ends. So we’re keeping the room open. Outmarket got us here. The Gym Owners Club is where we’re going. And we’re only getting started 🤝

I took a trip to network with 20 other gym owners and this was the biggest takeaway: "How can we create an experience so outstanding, members are all but guaranteed to succeed?" Not marketing gimmicks No sleazy sales strategies It's all about creating insane value for everyone who comes on board. I can't wait to put what we've learned into practice 🙌

Success changes the game. The skills that got you to 15k a month won't get you to 50k. Coaching built the gym. But leadership is what builds the company. And if you want to grow the revenue, you first have to grow yourself. This is where most founders trip up. They think the fix is a new mentor. Sometimes it is. But often you don't need another mentor. You need someone who has actually stood exactly where you're standing. That's the difference with Outmarket. I've been a gym owner for over a decade. And when you've been in it that long, the patterns start to show. Patterns in leadership. Patterns in teams. Cycles in the market that repeat, over and over. Once you can spot those patterns, you stop reacting to them and start getting ahead of them. That's what makes a stronger founder, a sharper business, and a gym owner who's actually built to grow. The Founders Summit isn't just for you. It's for your number two. Your right hand. The person who keeps the business steady when you step back. Because if you're anything like me, you want more time with family, more profit, and the freedom to only do the things in the business that you should be doing. That doesn't happen while your number two is still a level below where you need them. That's the whole reason we're running this. The biggest threat to your business is you, still doing everything yourself. And here's the only downside of skipping it. Your competitors probably won't. It's free, so the room fills. No big sales pitch. No catch. Just so much value that you walk away calling it the best thing you did all year. That's our commitment to you. Bring your number two. Click the link in bio to register.

Your gym is working. So why doesn't it feel like it? Revenue's up. Members are coming. The team's bigger. And somehow life feels harder, not easier. Here's why. The business didn't get harder. Your role changed. But most founders' calendars don't. They run the same twelve months on repeat, year after year. And if your calendar looks the same as it did last year, you haven't evolved as a founder. It's a hard truth. It's also a fixable one. Most gym owners started as brilliant coaches. That's why they took the leap. But nobody handed them the systems, the leadership, or the skills to pull a bigger business forward. That's the gap we close. Not another agency turning your ads on and off. Strategic growth partners who go layers deeper, into the business and into your psychology, because we care where you want to take your life, not just your gym. Book a call. Link in bio.

24 hours in Newcastle 🎥🥊 Headed over to Newcastle with Aaron @evolve.with.aaron / @outmarket_agency_ to spend the day with Matt @boxandbuild.uk capturing content around the gym and their launch. Safe to say, this one didn’t exactly go to plan 😂 What should’ve been a straightforward flight over turned into a last minute flight to Leeds, a 2 hour drive to Newcastle and rebuilding the entire shoot plan on the move. But we made it. A full day capturing the sessions, atmosphere, member stories, photos and a load of content for Matt and Box & Build to use going forward. Steak with the boys to finish off the day, a few sneak peek edits on the flight home and that was Newcastle done 🤝 Bit of a chaotic one, but a class project to be involved in. Just getting the job done 🎥

We did it. Ribbon cut by Sir John Hall Over 100 amazing members, friends and family coming together Lots of filming Punching my mentor;) Family time Honestly I'm overwhelmed. I thought I had it all together during my thank you speech, until I saw my mum crying her eyes out so I followed suit 😅 I can't believe what we've created together as a community already... With even more exciting things coming in the near future. To everyone who has been a part of the journey, Thank you. P.s. The last pic is the best one 😂

Five years ago we opened our doors to teach gym owners what actually works. 👀 A lot has changed since then. The market is different. The strategies are different. And the gap between gym owners who are growing and gym owners who are guessing has never been wider. 🧠 On the 2nd of September we are bringing founders together for a free Founders Summit to share exactly what is working right now. More members. Higher profitability. A business that scales without the founder carrying everything. 🎯 No fluff. No theory. Just the strategies that are actually moving the needle for gym owners in today's market. Bring yourself and your number two. Click the link in bio to register your seat. We would love to see you there. ⚡

GYM OWNERS, MORE FILMING DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN BETTER CONTENT 👀 A strong content day isn’t about keeping someone in front of a camera for hours and hoping you capture enough good clips. For the upcoming Box & Build grand opening in Newcastle, we’ve split production into focused morning and evening sessions so Matt has time to reset and return at his best for the main event. We’ll still capture: ✅ Mic’d coaching sessions
✅ Member testimonials
✅ Coach stories
✅ Professional photography
✅ Full event coverage
✅ Months of marketing content That’s the difference between simply filming videos and properly producing a content day around the business. If your gym needs reels, photos, ads and testimonials from one properly planned shoot, tap Send Message and type GYM 👇 @boxandbuild.uk @evolve.with.aaron @outmarket_agency_
