WILD & NAKED is the new album by Carolin Schnabel and her project LūX. It circles one question that sounds simple at first, until it doesn’t: „What’s left when I take off everything I believed I had to be?“.

Over the years, plenty had piled up: adapting, wanting to please, and the conflict of being a mother, a singer, and a breadwinner all at once. On top of that, the constant feeling of falling short of all of it. Out of that pressure, inside and out, grew an anger that became the catalyst. Today the single «POV: On the Sunny Side of the Street» is out on all streaming platforms, and it offers us a glimpse into the upcoming album, set for release on November 13.

Carolin Schnabel – vocals, fx
Jan Lukas Roßmüller – synthesizer
Elias Weber – bass
Henry Hahnfeldt – drums

Recording, Mixing, Mastering: Eike Johannes Kleine
Artwork & Graphic Design: Stefanie Kunckler

Going your own way is not easy. But it is worth it. If you're still comparing yourself to everyone else, I hope this reminds you that your time is precious, and that you are allowed to look inward. It's a process, and I'm in the middle of it, too.

The first single from "Wild & Naked" is out on Wednesday.

Presave link in my bio.

Actually, what I really want to say to the music industry is: f*** off. And I know I'm not the only one. So let's do it together. Are you in?

"Wild & Naked" comes out on November 13th. I've carried this album on my own until now, and I don't want to do the last steps alone. Your support pays for mixing, mastering, the CD and fair pay for the people who made this album with me.

There are some special thank yous waiting for you, from the personal to the unique. Come take a look.

34 days, until November 8th. All or nothing. Link in bio.

Back it, share it, tell one person about it.

All of it counts❣️

"POV: On the Sunny Side of the Street" is the first single from my upcoming album Wild & Naked - out 14.10.

It's about a contradiction I've carried my whole life: sunny on the outside, chaos on the inside. And how becoming a mother made it louder than ever.

Presave it now, link in bio.

Wild & Naked. Out 13.11.
@unitrecordsofficial

Do you know that feeling, not knowing anymore who you are between two roles?
Being a mother and being an artist. I once thought I'd have to choose, and for a while I did give one of them up. This album is the story of learning they belong together.
