The programme is set. Across two days at historic Fort St Elmo, Food on the Edge Malta will bring together chefs, thinkers, producers and hospitality voices from around the world for talks, conversations and masterclasses focused on where our industry is going next.

But what happens between those talks, over coffee, around a table, walking through Valletta or sharing a meal, can be every bit as important.

That’s the magic of Food on the Edge.

And this October, we get to experience that magic in Malta. 🇲🇹

The Irish Culture Association Denmark @icad_denmark was founded with the mission of celebrating Irish culture, fostering cultural exchange, and building a vibrant, inclusive community in Denmark.

Since it's establishment in 2025, the Embassy has been astounded by the creativity, dedication and effectiveness of the group of Irish citizens who run ICAD on a voluntary basis.

Together with @irishchamberofcommercedk, ICAD's work hugely expands the cultural and community outreach that the Embassy can provide and we are very much looking forward to many years ahead collaborating with this brilliant team.

Moments from our EU Presidency Concert last week 🇪🇺🇮🇪

We were delighted to mark the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union this week with a cultural event.

Musicians @muireann_nica, @donaloconnormusic and @yetistampede (Gerry O’Beirne) played a stunning set of traditional Irish music featuring poetry by Ireland’s Professor of Poetry Vona Groarke.

We are looking forward to the coming months with lots meetings, events and other engagements 🇮🇪🇪🇺

Working and yoga at Oru in Dulwich has been a dream. Thanks to Vibushan and the team. Here we’re enjoying dinner at Rambutan.

Last but not least. One of the key highlights of my year has to be cooking for the Oxford Food Symposium last week.
