A meteorite of desire, plummeting through the Irish zeitgeist. Great face for radio. Big shot on the east coast. Badman from early.

@psycareireland “thank you for doing gods work” is what was said to me a few times over the weekend.

It’s incredible to be part of this tribe and help make a difference at festivals. It was Psycare’s 5th birthday at @fuinneamh_festival , since then they have grown so much! 200 trained volunteers and 30 of us at Fuinneamh.

Some people might feel shame about coming into Psycare but there is no judgement in this tent! We are here to support, listen, care and nourish. It is a safe space for people to open up, talk, release, cry, or just rest.

It was beautiful to witness how much difference we are making in these peoples experiences. Coming in, feeling overwhelmed, emotional, confused, physically ill, super sensitive. Leaving feeling much stronger and in some cases completely elated. Everyone being incredibly grateful for the services we provided.

Psycare and team you are just awesome ❤️

Fuinneamh has been such an important part of Psycare’s journey!! Thank you to all involved at creating such a wonderful independent festival.

What a party! What a night! We raised more money than invested! History made!

Dubline is moving in a new direction, focusing on community outreach and working with local county councils, Dubline's new focus is on bringing the people of Ireland in all their forms together. To dance, eat and celebrate the beauty of life as one. We are here to redefine experiences as you know them, to pave the way for new ways of thinking and a greater wholeness among the changing Irish population. Through the frequency of sound, the taste of worldly cultures and the breath of dance we hope to unite and define a new community and culture that propagates deep within the new Irish identity. We hope to run local outreach events across the country in collaboration with as many sects and groups as possible, whilst still continuing our fundraising events. Dubline is officially non profit and all future events will reflect this, each future event will have an associated fundraiser and sponsor to help raise funds to tackle local issues within our community, that our utterly useless government wouldn't dare to even answer a question on in the first place, and would instead, attempt to guilt trip the interviewer for asking the question in the first place...... The ol Harris weasel counter attack....

Once again thank you to all the teams that came together on this one!

Thank you:

Noise B for matching the vibe and making some custom decorations for this event! As always you're all a credit to artists alike!

Underdub for bringing their amazing hand built rig, these guys are making waves here for the Irish bass scene!

10 tonne sounds for supplying the mighty turbo sound rig!

Sacred stone for the amazing paint job they did on the turbo rig and the instrumental role they all played in helping set up this party

Kenneth for his wizzardness and analog and digital video synthesisers and projection mapping which brought the TV rack to life like never before.

Enlighten tattoos for providing free tattoos on the night

And to every DJ who gave up their time and sacrificed a wage to play!

May Jesus light the way!

From Conor and the team at Dubline

A legend of the game @executivesteve

Few names have been as synonymous with Jungle and Drum & Bass music in Ireland this past twenty years as Executive Steve’s. Cutting his teeth in a variety of venues during the mid 2000’s through warmup slots for legendary crews like Bassbin, he become a resident at Bodytonic’s prestigious MUD night, all while running his own party Tribe alongside his friend and musical brother Bonz. A label of their own - Ancient Ways - and the rave reviews of its only release brought a spate of well-received Irish festival appearances in its wake, as well as performances in Poland, France, Germany, Canada, Croatia and the UK. While his promoting days are mostly behind him he is a well known face in the booth, having shared it, his needles, his whiskey and occasionally the mic alongside practically every household name in the community of tasteful Jungle and Drum & Bass music, as well as plenty more from outside of it.

After nearly seventeen years as the host of the long-running An Fuaim show on Raidió Na Life 106.4FM he can also reasonably legitimately claim to be one of the most enduring voices in Irish electronic music radio, as well as being the figurehead of one of the longest running Drum & Bass FM radio shows in the world. He has appeared in several documentaries about electronic music in Ireland including “Underestimated” and “Notes on Rave in Dublin”, and alongside his MC duties for the Irish Soundsystem Gathering he has participated in panel discussions on politics and protest in electronic music culture, electronic music history and urban renewal at events like the Make A Move Festival, Body & Soul, and the Limerick Spring.

We're hoping to raise €5,000 to fund a soup run across the city where some of the DJ'S and friends of ours will go out in force and deliver Food, Water, Soup, snacks and treats, Vouchers for hostels, Sleeping bags, gloves and hats, Phone chargers, Cigarettes and other essentials to Dublin's growing homeless population. We have contacted a few local charities which informed us they could not help us due to the government's strict food safety laws regarding making and handing out food. At Dubline we don't give a bollox about rules and we're not going to let the government's red tape prevent the people from getting what they need. We are here to resist the system, the system that forced people out of their homes, that has failed to provide them with shelter or to assist them in their time of need. Any rule or law which prevents someone helping those in need should be ignored and abolished. Join us on the 13th and get in contact if you would like to help us deliver the most basic essentials to the people who need it most.

12 local legends will be playing over 8 hours on a link up with 2 local soundsystems, expect an absolute stomper of a night! With an eclectic lineup dipping and dabbing into an endless sea of genres, you can be sure there's something to please your ears and get those feet of yours moving for the cause. 4 Art collectives are teaming up to reshape the space and transform it into a wonderland of color and awe. This is one for the history books!!! Make sure to get your tickets in advance! 12 Local legends Playing over 8 hours on Friday the 13th of March at The Racket Space in support of Dublin's homeless population.
