I’m honored to share that I’ve completed my 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training! This intensive and transformative study of yoga has deepened my understanding of the practice far beyond the physical postures/asanas. It has expanded my appreciation for breath work, mindfulness, and embodied presence. I was blessed to complete this journey alongside six incredible women who made the experience even more meaningful and a wonderful instructor @yoga.gracie. Their wisdom, encouragement, authenticity, and humor created a learning community I’ll always cherish. The training beautifully compliments my work as a somatic practitioner, engriching the ways I can support healing through mindful movement, nervous system regulation, and mind-body connection. I’m excited to begin blending these practices together as I continue creating spaces that nurture resilience, self-awareness, and holistic well-being.
Here’s to continued learning, growth, and sharing the benefits of yoga. 🧘🏾‍♀️ ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍

The 7 birds of paradise 🦜

I couldn’t feel luckier to have this experience with these incredible women. 3 months ago, we were all strangers. Now, we’re a tight-knit group that I couldn’t imagine my life without.

Community is my favorite part of this world. It’s so much more than a guided workout. It’s finding people who are also working on themselves, choosing challenge over ease, and showing up even when it gets hard.

I am so grateful for this group. & I’m so grateful for every person I’ve met along the way and consider part of my community. If you’re reading this, you’re probably one of them 💛
