After spending so much time sharing my love for Pilates and encouraging everyone around me to experience its benefits, I decided it was time to teach you guys myself.

I can’t wait to create classes you’ll love and watch you grow stronger, more balanced, and more confident both on and off the reformer.

This is just the beginning for me but it’s such an exciting step and one I’m super proud of 🥹🤞🏻. A qualified Reformer Pilates instructor !!
