What an amazing day we had filming 10 gorgeous dancers in such a beautiful part of London. I had an amazing time bringing this short film to life after a crazy short amount of time in prep. My first rom com, with the stunning Matthew Hegarty and Ree Coler-Williams, my first time shooting with Canon CN-E primes (beautiful) and my first time trying out the Fiilex Q6 lights (also beautiful and worked seamlessly alongside my LitePanels).

Having spent a lot of jobs recently shooting on my own it was so lovely to have a crew again, so I must give a shout out to 1st AC Pete Nance (and his Mary Poppins van), 2nd AC Bella Peterson, Camera Trainee Nathan Grove and Gaffer Thomas Maher. Also special love to Director Beth Rowland for bringing me on!

I was going to break my tradition of keeping to 9 but ended up with 9 anyway! Anyway, 2025 involved a lot (like a lot) of running, dancing and looking after my babies. I did also shoot don’t worry. 🎥 Hoping 2026 brings a lot of healing, more work for my beloved filmmaking community, and continuing to see my children thrive. Sending love and light to you all, Happy New Year 🌄
