YES. I PASSED!!!

I am so excited to share that I am officially a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)!

This represents a lot of studying, preparation, and growth. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing in this work.

I believe deeply in the power of coaching to help us pause, gain clarity, and intentionally move toward the lives we want to create.

And now...I get to do even more of that through The Evolving Well.
A life, intentionally designed.

Some seasons you shine out loud.
Some seasons you have your head down.

I’ve been in a head-down season for a while.

Mothering. Creating. Praying. Building.
Making some big-girl decisions.
Releasing some things. Reconsidering others.

Trying to be a good steward of what’s already in my hands while trusting God with what I can’t see yet.

I haven’t had much to announce. I’ve just been living it.

Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I’ve been learning to choose myself too, even without knowing exactly what comes next.

Stepping in front of the camera has a way of exposing out deepest insecurities. But when you step into my studio, my goal is to create a space where those doubts completely fade.

I don’t just want to take pretty photos. I want to facilitate a total transformation in how you view yourself.

My job is to guide you, direct you, and hold a mirror up to your strength, your resilience, and your grace. I want you to walk away from your session feeling empowered, and I want you to open your gallery feeling awe-inspired by the person staring back at you.

You are powerful.

You are amazing.

And it is time your photos actually reflected that back to you.

What if becoming a wife deserves just as much intention as planning your wedding?

The Bridal Prelude began with a desire to reimagine the wedding morning, but it became something deeper.

Permission.

To honor your becoming with the same care you’ve given your wedding.

Brought to life alongside an incredible all-woman collective and later published in Black Bride Magazine, this vision still reflects so much of what I believe.

It’s still surreal that an idea God placed on my heart became a full editorial I could hold in my hands, and that I had the honor of writing the love letter tucked inside, a message created for every bride and for those entrusted with serving them.

A year later, I’m still proud of what we created, still moved by what it represents, and even more certain that the message matters.

Finally Posting🎓
Last May I graduated, and a few months later had my big fat Nigerian grad party with 200-ish guests 😂🤍

Even though we had many people there each one came out of love for me. That season changed my life in so many ways. Since then, life has been beautiful. I’m pursuing the career I dreamed about, building businesses I love, and becoming the woman I always hoped I’d be.

That night in August meant more to me than people know. Thank you to my family, friends, my Del Frisco’s family (especially if you ever kept me company after work at the bar while I did my assignments), and everyone who showed up and showed OUT for me. Having Lucky, one of our regulars, perform made the night even more special and reminded me just how blessed and loved I truly am.

I’ve worked hard for this life, and I’m only getting started. I promise I’m going to make all of you proud. 🤍

A night out in ATL with our favorite women @loviergirls for “A Toast to HER,” an intimate evening centered on wellness, ownership, elevation, voice, and wealth in partnership with @kendrascott x @viebeauty. 🥂🌹

To kick off Women’s History Month, we amplified the trailblazers and powerhouse women who broke barriers and redefined leadership, blazing the path to inspire the next generation of women to dream bigger and without bounds.✨

When women support, elevate, and collaborate with one another, those dreams move forward. A woman raises the bar when she elevates others on her climb up and shows up authentically for herself and the community around her.

The evening also supported @grindpretty’s Grind For Good @grindforgoodcorp , a nonprofit opening doors to wealth, resources, and opportunity for women entrepreneurs and mothers of neurodivergent children. Progress is generational.

Thank you to every woman who poured into this room and into each other. Here’s to HER and those who ʀᴏꜱᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ʙᴀʀ. 🥂🌹

This week marks six years of The Honey B Experience. @thehoneybexperience

And when I pause to reflect,
the thing I’m most grateful for is THE PEOPLE.

When I started,
I knew I loved weddings and celebrations.
What I didn’t fully understand yet
was the weight of the trust people would place in me.

Over the years, I’ve been welcomed into rooms
full of love, family, legacy, and once-in-a-lifetime moments.
And I’ve had the privilege of helping shape the experiences that hold them.

That’s not something I take lightly.

I am incredibly grateful for my couples and their families, the founders and organizations, the collaborators, and the incredible vendor partners I’ve had the pleasure of building alongside.

And above all, I thank God for the grace, the guidance, and the purpose that continues to lead me forward.

Six years in, and we’re just getting started.
