Pahli Hill🥘, an Indian restaurant featured in the MICHELIN Guide for the past three years. We tried the home-style chicken with sofran rice—comforting, balanced, and full of flavour. As a starter, the krab sukkha served with Mongalore bun was a pleasant surprise, soft and spiced just right. We didn’t have room for dessert this time, but it’s definitely a place we’d return to. 🫣 @pahlihillbandrabhaiuk

To celebrate the launch of their first cookbook in April, @rotikinguk hosted a three-night supper club in Brixton 🫓🔥

We started the evening with a cult favourite - the iced lemon tea - before tucking in to five courses, including Roti King classics and Malaysian dishes from the cookbook that aren’t usually served in the restaurants.

Chef Sugen, the Roti King himself, gave us a roti-making masterclass. He makes it look effortless, but it wasn’t so easy when everyone else had a go😅

🍷🧀 Calling all wine enthusiast and cheese connoisseurs.

I attended an exclusive Wine & Cheese Tasting Social in London, hosted by the London Hilton at Corner Park Brasseries, and sipped my way through five glasses of regional wine (without judgement), each one perfectly paired with a curated cheese course.

It was a fabulous evening. We learnt how to describe the body and notes of each wine, and what makes certain pairings work so well. We were even given a little tasting booklet with all the combinations to take home, so useful, especially if you’re looking to recreate the experience.

If you’re into wine tasting, cheese and wine pairings, or just fancy a sophisticated night out in London, definitely add this to your list of places to go next.

ad | new ramen & sushi spot in Putney🍜🍣

@ramen.tsuki is a family-run Japanese restaurant which recently opened in Putney. We came for the ramen, but it was a hot day so we ended up going heavy on the sushi and sashimi.

You have to try their signature Tonkotsu ramen which has a rich and creamy pork bone broth, simmered for 10 hours and served with handmade noodles.

We also loved the nigiri set and the premium sashimi don, both super fresh and beautifully put together. The relaxed vibe of the restaurant makes it the kind of place that’s perfect for a long catch-up over great food (and you’ll probably lose track of time like we did🤭)

If you’re looking for a new sushi or ramen spot to try, add Tsuki Ramen to your list!
