Goal-setting << that word either made your heart race or your eyes roll, right? ;)

Over the years, I’ve learned how important it is to what I do, so no matter where you are on the spectrum, here are 3 simple tips I’ve learned to keep me on track with dream chasing:

✨ Save money for whatever for your investments
✨ Write it down. Your 3x more likely to succeed when you write your goal down
✨ Don't give up. Sometimes things don't work out, and it may require you to tweak some things. But one tweak can make all of the difference

These trademark owners set a goal and now they are registered trademark owners. If you'd like to work with my firm, go to the link in the bio and fill out the intake form.

I'd love to help you scratch out a goal on your list.

Hey 👋🏾 y’all! I recently did a training on Problematic Sexual Behavior in Children and Youth. It was a touchy subject, but yet interesting one. PSB-CY is defined as behaviors initiated by children and youth under the age of 18 that involve sexual body parts (genitals, anus, buttocks, or breasts) that deviate from normative sexual behavior and are developmentally inappropriate and/or potentially harmful.
.
.
. 👉🏾While PSB-CY has always been a problem, we live in a time now where it is a major problem. Our children tend to get exposed to so much at a very early age. There are some uncomfortable realities about this topic:
.
.
.
. 😮Youths have higher rates of sexual assault victimization than do adults.
.
. 🤔 About 1/3 of all perpetrators are children under the age of 18, which means that child on child sexual abuse is a difficult reality that must be addressed.
.
. 😮 Cases involving girls are sometimes dismissed because the misunderstanding around sexual injuries. .
. 😰Children aged 12-17 are twice more likely to be sexually victimized than adults. .
. 😓 70% of perpetrators have between 1 to 9 victims.
.
. 🥴 Females are 5 times more likely to be abused than males.
.
. 😨Children who live with a single parent with a live-in partner are at the highest risk with 20 times more likely to be victims of child sexual abuse than children living with both biological parents.
.
. ✅ Parents and caretakers, let’s not ignore this reality. If the abuse happens in our children, let’s take an active stand to talk to them. Help them process it. Get counseling not only for the child, but for you as the parent or caretaker. ~Dr. Antrell .
