This is why we do what we do. 💛

There’s something incredibly powerful about hearing a patient say, **“I feel like myself again.”**

After having her third baby, Traci came to Grace In Motion dealing with pain that was affecting everyday life—from unloading the dishwasher and reaching overhead to something as meaningful as picking up and holding her children.

Through 10 weeks of personalized physical therapy, she worked on rebuilding strength, improving function, and making her own health a priority again. And recently, she was able to hold her 55 lb 5-year-old for the first time in almost a year. 🥹

Thank you, Traci, for trusting me to be part of your journey—and for sharing your experience so other women know they don’t have to simply accept pain or loss of function as their “new normal” after having a baby.

Helping women feel **strong, capable, and confident in their bodies again** is exactly why Grace In Motion exists.

And a special thank you to Janice at Peaceful Birthing @ezbirth for connecting us. 💕

Free Prenatal Week starts Monday, October 5 🤍

Pregnancy deserves its own sanctuary too. For one week, come experience our prenatal programming for free and see if Fourth Tri Sanctuary is the right fit for your perinatal journey.

Here’s what you can try:

Prenatal safe fitness classes designed to keep you strong, mobile, and comfortable as your body changes
Prenatal restorative yoga on Wednesday at 6:30pm, a calm, grounding class and one of the warmest communities in our space

Expert chats with our partner providers on lactation, pelvic floor health, chiropractic care, sleep, and more, so you can get your questions answered before baby arrives
Time in our prenatal spa to slow down, rest, and be cared for.

A tour of the space and time with our doulas, so you know exactly where you’ll land once baby is here

This is your chance to move, rest, learn, and meet other expecting families who are walking the same road. Build your support now, so it’s already waiting for you in those early weeks.

Spots are limited, so book your free visit through the link in our bio.

Support isn’t reserved for hard days.

Sometimes it’s simply having somewhere to go where people understand exactly what season you’re in.

Motherhood becomes lighter when it’s shared.

Come spend the morning with us.

Send this to a mama who deserves a breather.

The dream team tonight at a sweet and swift homebirth (the second baby born on 8/2/26 for both Magpie and @ezbirth, as a matter of fact). Midwives and doulas are like bread and butter... separate scopes, separate roles, but an absolutely perfect combination. Build the birth team you deserve 🫂
