Bungee Jumping! 😱

My experience @monteverdeextremo was top notch! Jumping from the height of 470ft was both scary, yet exhilarating. I wish I had more time to do the zip line being that they do have the longest line in all of Costa Rica. However, I’ve stated before that I may done enough zip lining for a lifetime.

If you’re planning on visiting and decide to drive make sure that you have a 4x4. You need to be a competent driver to get up the mountain. It can be a little tricky, but you will be fine if you decide to go.

The cost for the bungee jump experience is $90usd which can be paid by cash, or card. I got there early to beat the crowd so I had a wait of 5-10mins. From the time you board the tram to the end of your experience last 7-15mins. You can purchase your video if you want, I believe I paid $20usd cash only!

Have you, or would ever bungee jump??

Your mobility is the ultimate flex…⁣
⁣
Playa Estrellas also known as Starfish Beach is the most visited of all the beaches in and around the archipelago of Bocas Del Toro. Bocas is made up of nine main islands and it is estimated that roughly 95% of Bocas economy is dependent on tourism.. Despite their differences every island has a laid back Caribbean vibe⁣
⁣
Lined with hundreds of palm trees on land and crystal clear waters which allows you to view the hundreds of Starfish in the water make it a sought out destination for travelers and locals alike. This is a perfect place to snorkel due to the great visibility and calm waters⁣
⁣
There are several huts located along the beach where you can purchase drinks and food for a reasonable price and are cash only. There are a few water activities that are available. Reggae music is used as the soundtrack to set the tone on this beautiful beach. You can expect a chill vibe⁣
⁣
This remote beach is mainly accessed through the use of a private boat, or a water taxi which ranges in price from $1-$3 usd. Typically, tourists visit Starfish Beach as part of a day trip. The third option is by land. There are buses which bring you from town at a cost of $1- $2.50 usd which drops you at Boca Del Drago. However, you have a moderate walk through the jungle in order to access the beach by land⁣

One step closer to…….⁣
⁣
Panama City was founded on August 15, 1519 by Pedro Arias Dávila who was a Spanish conquistador. In 1671, the city also known as Panama Viejo was sacked and burned to the ground by the Spaniards.⁣
⁣
In 1673, Antonio Fernández de Córdoba rebuilt the city in its new location of Casco Viejo.⁣
⁣
In recent years, the Panamanian government has restored many of the buildings in and around the Old Town. The makeover has also created opportunities for foreign investors to come in and buy up land. The result of this has been gentrification. Many families have been uprooted for the benefit of the foreign dollar and tourism.⁣
⁣
Today, Casco Viejo is the number one attraction in Panama City. It boasts countless boutique hotels, restaurants, rooftop bars, nightclubs, churches, etc. Casco also has one of the best views of Panama City’s skyline.⁣
