🔥 CHALLENGE CHAMP 🔥

Huge shoutout to Randy for absolutely crushing our latest challenge at F45 Airdrie 💪

Part of our dedicated 5 AM crew, Randy shows up before the sun and puts in the work 🌅

Randy has proven what consistency and commitment really look like:
▪️ 16.2 lbs lost
▪️ 11.5 lbs of fat dropped
▪️ 2.7% body fat decrease
▪️ 29 classes completed during the 45-day challenge

This is what showing up for yourself looks like. No shortcuts—just hard work paying off 👏

We asked Randy a few questions about his journey:
1️⃣ What was your biggest struggle before starting this challenge, and what changed for you during this challenge?

“For me it was pairing healthy eating habits while making the effort to attend F45 classes. Doing both at the same time was difficult until I focused on attending more Hybrid Classes. I committed to eating lean protein and vegetables as well.”

2️⃣ What results are you most proud of—physically or mentally—after completing the challenge?

“ The mental commitment it took to stay on track to achieve the results. I must have eaten 1/2 of an Elk, endless amount of eggs and vegetables and cut sugar and carbs completely during the challenge to have the greatest impact. It’s not easy having steak for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but when I started feeling different, clothes fit different and I could get through Saturday class without dieing, I knew it was gonna be worth it. I have more energy which is a positive with two young boys under the age of 8 and the self confidence in myself after pushing to be better and achieving results.”

3️⃣ Whats your favourite thing about training at our studio?

“Favourite thing about F45 are the trainers who are always there for support, encouragement and education. The Gym was not my place of comfort, but F45 has completely changed my outlook as I feel more educated on how to do things properly.”

Randy, your dedication inspires everyone in the studio.

Ready to be our next success story? Let’s get to work.
