DANCE OF MOURNING

This is a land where death has been turned into law,
executions into spectacles,
and silence into the price of survival.

A land where mothers whisper their children’s names over gravestones instead of singing lullabies.

Where every hanging rope tells the story of a life stolen, a voice silenced, and a future destroyed.

For decades, the Islamic Republic has staged its dance of death upon the wounded body of Iran.

But this is not a dance of surrender.

It is the dance of mourning of a nation that has not forgotten,
a nation that still carries its wounds,
a nation that still stands for freedom.

We will neither forgive nor forget.

اینجا سرزمینی‌ست که مرگ را به قانون تبدیل کرده‌اند،
اعدام را به نمایش،
و سکوت را به شرط زنده ماندن.

اینجا مادران به جای لالایی، نام فرزندانشان را بر سنگ مزار زمزمه می‌کنند.
اینجا هر طناب دار، روایتی‌ست از انسانی که حق زندگی از او ربوده شد.

جمهوری اسلامی سال‌هاست بر پیکر این سرزمین، رقص مرگ به راه انداخته است.

اما این رقص، رقص تسلیم نیست؛
رقص سوگ ملتی‌ست که هنوز فراموش نکرده،
هنوز زخم‌هایش را به یاد دارد،
و هنوز برای آزادی ایستاده است.

ما نه می‌بخشیم، نه فراموش می‌کنیم.

The 18th and 19th of Dey cannot be buried beneath silence.
Those killed were not “statistics.” They were human beings—with names, dreams, and the right to live.

No power gains legitimacy through bullets. No government can silence the truth by silencing its people.

The lives of the people are not the price of your grip on power.
This bloodshed will not be forgotten. The demand for accountability and justice will not be buried.
۱۸ و ۱۹ دی را نمی‌شود زیر خاکِ سکوت دفن کرد.
کشته‌شدگان «آمار» نبودند؛ انسان بودند، با نام، با رؤیا، با حقِ زندگی.

هیچ قدرتی با گلوله مشروعیت نمی‌گیرد و هیچ حکومتی با خاموش‌کردن مردم، حقیقت را خاموش نمی‌کند.

جانِ مردم بهای ماندنِ شما نیست.

🍁 پاسداشت #مهرگان ؛ میراث کهن ایرانی و نماد مهر و همبستگی در این سرزمین کهن
🔥 به همراه رونمایی از پرچم شیر و خورشید اهدایی به اعضاء اتحاد میهن‌پرستان بریتانیا که نماد هویت ملی و امید به آزادی ایران است

در این روزهای تلخ، که اعدام‌ها همچنان جان هم‌میهنانمان را می‌گیرد، با خانواده‌های داغدار و زندانیان سیاسی هم‌صدا می‌شویم. گردهمایی ما فرصتی است برای پاسداشت فرهنگ و هویت ایران و تجدید پیمان با آرمان آزادی.

به جمع ما بپیوندید.

This Sunday, 11 October, we gather in solidarity with the people of Iran and in memory of those who have lost their lives for freedom, to mark:

👑 The 88th birthday of our beloved crowned mother, Her Imperial Majesty Shahbanou Farah Pahlavi
🍁 Mehregan, honouring our ancient Persian heritage and its spirit of friendship and unity
❣️ The unveiling of the Lion and Sun flag donated to IPUK members, a symbol of our national identity and hope for a free Iran

At this painful time, as executions continue to claim Iranian lives, we stand with grieving families and political prisoners. Our gathering honours Iran’s culture and identity and reaffirms our commitment to freedom.

شايد خيلى ها امروز يادشان نباشد يا اصلا آن روزها را نديده باشند؛ اما ندا يكى از نخستين كسانى بود كه در راه آزادى ، جانش را از دست داد.
تصوير آخرين لحظات زندكَى اش در ذهن ميليونها نفر حک شد!
تصويرى كه هنوزهم بعد از اين همه سال، فراموش نشده.
تا هر وقت حرف از آزادى شد، يادمان باشد كسانى بودند كه بهايش را با جانشان پرداختند.
Perhaps many people today no longer remember, or were
not even there to witness those days.
But Neda was one of those who lost her life in the struggle
for freedom.
The image of her final moments was etched into the minds of millions - an image that, even after all these years, has
never been forgotten.
Whenever we speak of freedom, let us remember that there were people who paid the ultimate price for it - with
their lives.

And those of us living outside Iran have not forgotten.
Distance will not silence our voices.
As long as the voices of the Iranian people are suppressed and silenced, we outside Iran will continue to speak for their right to be heard.
We are still your voice.
We have not forgotten.
We will not remain silent.
