POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

One day at practice, I saw Josh on the field alone with a weight vest, a ladder, and cones, perfecting his craft.

For years, I thought I had helped get him on the team. Looking back, Josh was already part of the team. He was waiting for his opportunity.

That memory means even more to me now because I’ve watched him give that same dedication to other people.

Josh is the founder and CEO of F.A.C.E.S., a mental health and education agency working to bridge the gap between communities and the education system. He’s a giver, a doer, and someone who has dedicated his life to serving others.

Today, I’m proud to announce that F.A.C.E.S. is the official mental health provider for All League.

Athletes carry a lot that people never see. The pressure to perform. An injury that changes everything. The loss of a roster spot. The question of who you are when the game ends. Josh understands that support has to be there through all of it, not only when things reach a breaking point.

Through F.A.C.E.S., athletes can access counseling for mental health, performance and mindset, injury and setbacks, and the transition to life after sports. Student-athletes can get support navigating school, sport, family expectations, and recruiting. F.A.C.E.S. also brings broader resources in anger management, voluntary domestic violence counseling, youth substance-use prevention, and psychological services through its licensed partner.

Josh puts it this way: Your experience made you strong, but caring for your mind keeps you that way.
That’s the kind of care I want alongside athletes as they build what’s next.

As part of this partnership, athletes with an All League Elite subscription will receive three counseling sessions with F.A.C.E.S. at no additional cost.

Josh, I’m grateful we found ourselves on the same team again. This time, we get to help create opportunities for others.

If you’re an athlete who needs support, or you know one who does, reach out through All League. You don’t have to carry it all by yourself.

Thank you all for supporting my passion!

It’s always been something I do for myself which has been a rollercoaster ride to say the least. But the most important part of the ride is that I pick up myself back up where I left off. I’ve learned that things that happen quick are bound to fall. Persistence, patience and keeping steady on the path always helps me reach the mind state that administer change.

Which after talking with so many people, I see we all share that same experiences. In order for a person to have success, you must fail many times in order to know what works best for YOU! Keep the Momentum is more than wellness products; more than a motivational platform. It’s an embodiment of those moments where you feel yourself in that dark place and need that inch of faith to pull you out. It’s the motivation to find yourself and to dig deep enough to create the reality YOU want and to Keep the Momentum no matter which phase of life you’re in.
We’re in this together!

Thank you @faces_edu for your amazing work & for the opportunity to share my love publicly 🙏🏽
Hope to see you all at our next one!

& we always have our DMs open to whoever needs a community and products available 🤎
