I’m BEYOND proud of myself for the performance I put up at this past meet. From having a back spasm during bench warmups and thinking I wouldn’t be able to complete all three lifts, to still being able to finish the meet and complete all three. During this meet I reached two huge goals of mine, and I’m forever grateful for that. My main goals were to squat and deadlift around 300 pounds and bench close to 200 pounds. Another goal was to total over 678 pounds. I ended up with an 826-pound total. I also reached a goal I honestly didn’t think would happen, and that was making the podium. I ended up placing 3rd out of 4 in my class. Congratulations to all the lifters on a great meet, and thank you to all the coaches, family, and friends who supported their lifters throughout this whole process. I personally want to thank my amazing girlfriend, family, and friends for the endless support, @brinkerpowerlifting for the amazing training, @arielreneebrinker for being my amazing handler once again, my team @ksupowerlifting for all the support, and @ltmacc for hosting another amazing meet. Now it’s time to get ready for the Collegiate Cup! @usapowerlifting
