Thank you, @wonderlandconference and @dave.asprey , for all the beautiful souls, meaningful connections, and unforgettable moments!

We thought. We talked. We danced. We laughed. We loved. We spoke.

We shared the wisdom of Upper AEON, bringing people together, one human at a time, through powerful tools, transformative experiences, and the magic of human connection.

A beautiful reminder that when we come together with open hearts, we create a little more of Earth 2.0 right here, right now.

Until next time, Wonderland Austin!

From New York to Bali. 🌎✨

During The Immersive in NYC, I had the opportunity to sit down with Pavel Aeon, founder of @upperaeon, and talk about his vision behind creating experiences designed to reset the body, mind, emotions and spirit.

What started as a conversation about his journey through Asia is now unfolding in Bali. 🇮🇩

On September 13, AEON brings the System Reset Experience to Bali — combining meditation, breathwork, movement, conscious dance and immersive wellness experiences designed to reconnect you with yourself.

I love seeing how wellness continues to evolve beyond the traditional — becoming an experience, a community and a way to connect. ✨

🎥 An exclusive conversation with Pavel Aeon for Health is Wealth Magazine.

Next stop: Bali. 🌴✨

My full podcast with @pavel.aeon @fairyaeon @upperaeon @noaaonofficial is out now! 🎙️

We spend so much of our day overstimulated, on our phones, moving from one thing to the next, and often without even realizing how tense we are or how shallow our breathing has become.

Pavel walked us through what he calls instant presence, it's a way to bring yourself out of your head and back into your body using nothing more than your breath and awareness.

His practice starts with slow, intentional breathing, about six seconds in and six seconds out. From there, you bring awareness into different parts of your body and finally into the stillness underneath all the noise around you.

And I loved how he ended it with what he calls the ultimate stack.... Vitamin S for smile, Vitamin G for gratitude, and Vitamin L for laughter. 💛

Sometimes the most powerful wellness tools are also the simplest!

The higher you perform, the more important it becomes to know how to reset.

The people who come to System Reset are often the people who are used to operating at full capacity.

Founders.
CEOs.
Athletes.
Leaders.
High performers.

People who are very good at going.

But performance isn’t just about how much stress you can handle.

Your brain and body are not designed to stay in a state of high demand indefinitely.

Research shows that acute stress can impair cognitive functions like working memory and cognitive flexibility, while recovery and well-designed breaks can help reduce fatigue and support wellbeing. (This is where system reset comes in).

The answer isn’t to eliminate stress.

It’s to become better at moving between activation and recovery.

That’s what System Reset is designed to create:

A space to step out of constant stimulation.

Move.

Breathe.

Challenge yourself.

Recover.

Connect.

And return inward.

Because sometimes the next level of performance doesn’t come from pushing harder.

It comes from knowing when to reset.

Over 100,000 people have experienced our work, and we’ve seen again and again what can happen when people give themselves permission to pause, reconnect and experience something different.

System Reset can also be brought directly to your team.

We create immersive experiences for companies, leadership teams, conferences and corporate events designed to get people out of their heads, into their bodies, and back into connection.

If you’re a leader looking to reset your team drop “RESET” to bring System Reset to your company@or event.

Four years in, System Reset has taken on new dimensions - bringing together a wider community, new practices and more shared experiences across ĀMANÏ.

At its heart, System Reset was brought to life by @pavel.aeon, alongside our local musicians, artists and sound healers - each distinct in their discipline, perspective and presence.

Breath, movement, sound and stillness came together as different expressions of the reset.

This year sonic’s landscape unfolded through live 528Hz music, Guzheng, crystal singing bowls and live percussion, supported by @k_array_my.

Through guided breathwork, rhythm and frequency to influence our nervous system.

Shifting breathe and awareness towards deeper regulation.

For leaders, founders high performers accustomed to operating pace, the ability to shift state is a form of performance itself.

System Reset is ĀMANÏ‘s annual experience of that capacity - to reset, recalibrate and return stronger.

The reset may be personal, but the experience is shared.

To everyone who came through our doors and shared experience.

Thank you for being part of System Reset 2026.

Until the next reset!

𝐀 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Biohacking isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes, it’s about knowing when to regulate and reset.

Through breathwork, 528Hz music therapy, movement and sound healing, System Reset explored another dimension of human performance — the nervous system.

Between breath and frequency, space was created to recalibrate. Sound, amplified through @k_array_my shaped the experience — deepening presence and allowing the body to shift into a state of greater restoration.

Because for those constantly leading and performing, the capacity to slow down is just as vital as the drive to move forward.

Thank you for joining us.

My full podcast with @pavel.aeon and @fairyaeon from @noaaonofficial @upperaeon is out now! 🎙️

This conversation really made me think about how much of our life is being lived on repeat.

The same thoughts, the same reactions, the same stress patterns. We can become so used to living in fight or flight that we do not even realize how disconnected we have become from ourselves.

Noa shared his own journey of completely stepping away from the outside world, including spending 10 days in total darkness, and what happened when there was nothing left to distract him from his own thoughts.

We talked about the nervous system, chronic stress, getting back into the body, and what it actually takes to start changing the patterns we have been running for years.

This is also so much of what @upperaeon is about. Looking at wellness beyond just the physical body and exploring the connection between mind, body, consciousness, and how we experience our lives.

The original biohackers were here long before the word “biohacking” ever existed. ☯️

At BioHack China, @pavel.aeon & @fairyaeon shared how deeply Chinese Taoism and the teachings of Lao Tzu have influenced their approach to health, longevity and human potential.

Every year, they spend 10 days in complete darkness a practice inspired by ancient Taoist traditions and the belief in going inward to reconnect, reset and restore.

Now, that ancient wisdom is meeting modern science. 🧬⚡

That’s part of what BioHack China is all about — bringing together ancient practices, modern technology and the global biohacking community, right here in China.

And this is only the beginning.

See you in Shanghai — March 2027. 🇨🇳

🌍 @fairyaeon at BioHack China 🇨🇳⚡

From transformative events around the world to breathwork, meditation, movement and biohacking, Fairy Aeon shares a powerful message: some of the most important biohacks are natural and free — and technology can help take us even further.

At BioHack China, Fairy shared how their RESET experience combines breath with technologies including PEMF, light therapy and nervous-system wearables to create an immersive experience people can bring into their everyday lives.

And her first impression of Shenzhen? 🤯

“This is nothing like I’ve ever seen before — and I’ve been to a lot of expos.”

From the scale of the city to the integration of nature, technology and innovation, Fairy’s first trip to China definitely won’t be her last.

Thank you Fairy Aeon for being part of the first BioHack China. ❤️

This is just the beginning.
