No matter what you're going through in life, KEEP PUSHING! 💪🏽🏔️

Life is going to throw challenges at you. Work, relationships, finances, stress…
sometimes it feels like
everything is hitting you at once.

But here's my advice: DON'T LET YOUR PROBLEMS DEFEAT YOU.

Get up. Get moving.
Clear your mind. Find something
that challenges you physically and mentally.

For me, it's this mountain.
Every step uphill reminds me that no matter how hard life gets,
I still have the strength to keep climbing.

You can't control everything
happening around you, but you
CAN control how you respond to it.

Some days you won't feel motivated. Some days you'll want to quit.
KEEP GOING ANYWAY.

Leave the stress at the bottom of the mountain.
Let the climb clear your mind,
and come back down stronger
than you went up.

Today I pushed myself harder
than ever and hit another personal record! ⏱️🔥

Remember, the mountain doesn't get easier. YOU GET STRONGER.

Whatever you're facing today, don't give up. Your story isn't over. KEEP CLIMBING! 🏔️💯

Starting my Friday off right! ⛰️💪😁

New personal record!
25 minutes and 46 seconds to the top! 🔥🏆

Nothing like getting up early, challenging yourself, and starting the day with a win! Highly recommend getting outdoors and pushing yourself.

Do the hard things first. Everything else gets easier!

Let's go! See you at the top! 💯

Day 4 of San Diego Climate Week is here and Sunday is anything but a rest day. 🌊

Before we dive in, a gentle reminder that the Extreme Heat Warning remains in effect through Thursday at 8PM, which means it covers the rest of SDCW. For any outdoor events today and throughout the week, please stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, bring a hat, take breaks in the shade, and listen to your body. Your safety matters more than any event. Find cooling centers at coolzones.org. 🌡️

Now here's what Day 4 looks like across San Diego today.

The morning opens with something for the soul, a virtual workshop on emotional grounding in times of eco-anxiety and ecological grief, a community beach cleanup at Pacific Beach with giveaways, climate trivia over scones at Jimbo's in Carmel Valley, a Kumeyaay/Luiseño theater performance at the Living Coast Discovery Center in Chula Vista, and a sketching and learning session with Scripps Institution of Oceanography alums at Grant Park. Head out to Fallbrook for the Fallbrook Land Conservancy's Stagecoach Sunday, or pick up free mulch and compost at San Dieguito County Park all day long.

The afternoon brings even more depth, from a public power forum at San Diego Made Factory and a textiles mapping workshop in University Heights, to Indigenous youth and celestial navigation at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, a camping gear exchange at Little Bird Brewing in South Park, a visible mending workshop in Solana Beach, and a community picnic at Golden Hill Park. A musical conversation with the spirit of a tree at Elfin Forest. A textile and fashion sustainability deep dive. Something for every kind of climate curious mind.

As the evening arrives, head to The Sea House in Encinitas for the Pretty Ugly documentary screening on toxic cosmetics, or catch a Kiss the Ground film screening and networking with Women in Cleantech and Sustainability at Bivouac Adventure Lodge. End the night with Climate Wins, an arts celebration at YMCA Camp Surf in Imperial Beach, or join a Climate Systems Thinking session at 7PM.

Day 4 is proof that climate action looks like community, creativity, culture, and care. Share today with #SDCW26
