🎭 What a fabulous evening @nymtuk launch evening and performance of ‘Platform’ at @theotherpalace last night. As we approach our 50th year soon it’s amazing to keep learning about the journey and being part of the evolution

So proud to be on the Board of Trustees for this amazing charity, my love and passion for all things youth work, performance theatre, music, education, excellence, wellbeing, diversity and personal development all rolled into one 🙌🏾

🏆Last night was another chance for me to see the high calibre of work executed by NYMT students and after meeting and speaking to the them over 3 different events so far they are some of the loveliest, cutest young adults 🥰 always happy to talk and share their love of NYMT, polite, well mannered, enthusiastic and passionate 💖💖💖💖

I know first hand how hard it is to not only do this work as a performer but to also run projects and produce showcase events whilst trying to drum up support, resources and every other part that comes into charitable, youth work and education, I am always in awe at the level of dedication and commitment from the NYMT family 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Swipe for a small selection of the excitement 🎉

📻Hello my gorgeouses, thank you to all of those who watched this live, for those who didn’t here’s the reply. My interview with @raypowerabuja in Nigeria 🇳🇬

🎬WHY WATCH - The life of a performer is a complex one and people don’t often get to see behind the scenes, I wanted to show some of that to my fans, followers, friends and other performers, so if you’re an artist, singer, presenter, enjoy my “teachable moments” and follow @lifeofaperformer_ for more.

💖Had an amazing time as always and can’t wait to fly back out and chop life some more 😉 shout out to @suniblackwall for arranging and always supporting 💪🏾🙏🏾

There’s a beautiful new way to connect in-person for women in business, that’s been born from:

1. The crumbling online space (especially Facebook) that lacks authenticity & feeds our addiction to scrolling & numbing out

2. The need for elders & wisdom keepers in the modern world that looks totally different to (but inspired by) indigenous traditions and ancient people who honour sacred ways

3. The acknowledgment that what we’re birthing requires new ways of being & connecting that existing networking formats don’t support

I invite you to come & connect with us this Thursday, at a beach venue in Brighton, for connection, ceremony & to co-create this new path.

Please feel free to message me or Brenda, directly for the link to sign-up & join us.

With love
Sarah 🌹

Please also let me know if you can’t make this one and want to be invited to the next event, so I can send you details 👇🏼
