FIRST LEG OF OUR TRIP

Three days. One city.

A thousand ways to awaken her.

Cairo doesn’t just impress — it activates. The energy, the food, the history... it's a rhythm your essence remembers.

From museum corridors to market corners, from towering pyramids to moonlit cruise decks, this is where ancient meets untamed modern womxn.

Are you ready to let her out to play?

This isn’t just a retreat. It’s where you stop performing and start returning.

EGYPT IS CALLING! DOORS OPEN 🥰😍

This Is Not a Retreat. This Is a Reclamation.

There comes a moment when life feels too small for the womxn you've become.
You're doing all the right things — by everyone else's standards.

But inside, there's a quiet ache.

A knowing that you’ve been living by borrowed definitions.
Chasing praise instead of purpose.
Contorting yourself to fit when you're meant to expand.

“The Desert’s Whisper: A Reclamation Retreat” isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about finally stepping into it.

Here’s how the transformation happens — with structure, support, and soul:

1.From External Validation to Internal Certainty
You’ll unlearn the need to earn your worth.
You’ll name the beliefs that shaped you — and decide which ones no longer belong. You’ll remember what it feels like to trust yourself again.

2.From Unconscious Repetition to Conscious Choice
You’ll trace the patterns that keep you circling.
Not to shame yourself — but to free yourself.
You’ll meet the version of you that’s ready to do things differently.

3.From Someone Else’s Success to Soul-Led Living
You’ll redefine success in a way that finally fits. No more chasing applause.
Just presence. Alignment. Peace.

This isn’t about performance.
It’s about presence.

Who this retreat is for:
👑Womxn who are done performing.
👑Womxn who feel the tug of something deeper and want to honour it.
👑Womxn who are ready to stop abandoning themselves in the name of “holding it together.”

❎It’s not for those looking for a quick fix.
❎Or a photo-op.
❎Or surface-level luxury.
We go inward. We go deep. We come home.

“How We Eat Is How We Heal”

We didn’t just eat - we honoured the ritual. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, they say: ‘Let food be thy first medicine.’

At the XWC Reset Retreat, our private chefs @ajemz_pty didn’t just feed us - they crafted love letters to the body.

Every bite was:
🍃 A meditation - ingredients chosen for their Qi (energy): warming ginger, grounding root vegetables, uplifting citrus.
🍃 An act of devotion - plated like art because beauty is nourishment, too.
🍃 A silent dialogue - between earth and body, between the hands that cooked and the hearts that received. 🍃 An invitation to presence - Individually plated, yet deeply communal - because mindfulness isn’t solitary. It’s the laughter between sips of lemongrass tea, the silence that falls when a black sesame dessert arrives.

This is conscious cooking: the talented and humble husband-wife duo Chefs Marsha & Eugene behind each dish, poured intention into every grain of rice, every broth simmered for hours. Because food isn’t fuel - it’s the first language of care.

When we eat mindfully, we don’t just taste - we REMEMBER. We honour the soil, the seasons, and the sacredness of sharing a table.

This is how bamboo teaches us to eat: rooted in gratitude, flexible in joy.

Four days in January, nestled in the quiet embrace of nature, a circle of womxn gathered - not just to retreat, but to remember.

The XWC Reset | Recharge | Reignite Retreat was a whispered invitation to return to ourselves, rooted in the wisdom of bamboo: bending without breaking, standing tall after the storm, thriving in sacred community. We laughed until our cheeks ached. We were nourished with food for the soul, and we danced until sunrise We cried until the tears carved pathways to our own softening. We held space for the kind of shifts that don’t just happen - they alter you.

This retreat was extremely special. Not just because it sold out (though gratitude still hums in my bones for that), but because it mirrored my own journey these last months - learning to bend without breaking. In December, life handed my family a diagnosis that demanded stillness. The weeks to follow would ask of me to remain centred and resilient. Supporting my mum through her breast cancer surgery in February became my only priority. The silence here wasn’t absence; it was love in motion.

And isn’t that what bamboo teaches? Resilience isn’t rigidity. Growth isn’t linear. Sometimes, the most profound xpansions happen in the quiet - between one breath and the next, in the space where womxn gather to say, ‘Me too.’

This is the sisterhood I’m committed to building: raw, authentic, unapologetically soft yet unshakably powerful. If this calls to you, know there’s a seat waiting. The circle grows. 🌿

To the most incredible womxn who showed up and chose to retreat with me in January, I am deeply honoured and thank you from the depths of my Soul, as you are the embodiment in theory and practice of what I envisioned for this circle four years ago when the Xpansive Womxn Collective was born.

Love and appreciation always

Remembering the time...

My last coaching session for 2023 done and dusted this morning, as I officially close offices for the year 🎉🎊

I think back in reflection and contemplation of the wondrous and Xpansive year 2023 has been not only for myself but for my clients as well. The "moves"...

The big moves,
The gentle moves,
The slow moves, and fast.
The celebratory moves,
The joyous moves,
The silent moves,
The uncomfortable moves,
The sad moves,
The passionate moves,
The "I'm more than deserving" moves,
The financially revolutionary moves,
The letting go and letting God move,

But fully knowing that whatever your move, it's always in perfect Divine timing.

You move into Surrender.

THANK YOU to my clients, those who chose to work with me this year for the first time, those who chose me for the 2nd and 3rd and those who continue to choose me and those who choose to follow my page despite me not being as active as the 'world says you must' on this platform. If you know by now, I don't play by the world's rules of who it says I should be and what it says I should do.

I am deeply humbled and grateful that you choose me to be your guide on your journey to moving home to yourself. I am ready to serve you in 2024 with all the love, kindness, tools, spiritual wisdom, humour, and expertise I possess.

Today also marks the 1 year anniversary of my move to this beautiful city Cape Town, I get to call home 🥰💕 And I am eager to see what 2024 has to bring. If it has been anything like this year, it's going to EXHUBERANT

Wishing you a blessed Festive Season
Love always

Hey JULY 😍

Growing up, I've always loved July because it meant winter holidays were spent on the beach in Durban while the rest of the country endured the cold (Cape Town Winter's are other level madness 😅), but mostly because it meant birthdays. Including my own.

So many family birthdays and many of my besties are July born babies, and the end of July also ushers in 🦁 season (where my fellow Lions at👋👋👋)

It's also a time I spend self-reflection. More so now in such an uncertain, ambiguous world, and as I head into 47 years young.

I'm checking in on what feels right.
What doesn't. Who feels right, and who doesn't.

What needs some Marie Kondo'ing and what needs to expand.

This past six months has certainly been a brave one for me: new home, new city, new family, new friends, new vibe.

So here is my intent and wish for ALL of you this month.

🕊 My wish is for you to take this month and find peace 🕊

💃Savour and revel in the joys... big and small 💃

👌Appreciate what indeed DID go well and where you lost your sh*t 🤦‍♀️

🌾 How you've grown, or where you have paused 🧘‍♂️

🎊🎉 What you are excited for and what you are unsure about 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

Sending you so much 🧡, share your one worded intention below as you enter this month.

In July, I am leaning fully into FUN!!!

This reel is exactly how I'm feeling, living my life like it's golden and dancing like nobody's watching 💫✨️💃

You're worth it.

You are absolutely unbelievably worth it, and you were made for mighty things.

Keep pushing on. Keep pressing. Don't let anyone in this wide, wide world ever try to snuff out the light you bring.

You have to know it matters. The world is going to try to convince you otherwise, but don't listen.

Please.
Don't.
Listen.

You are a marvel. It matters that you are here.

A #notetoself as you take on the next 6 months of 2023. Focus on what matters - the things that bring you closer to ease and joy. Remember to stop and take it all in, life passes all by in a flash. Be present. Don't be consumed be a to-do list. Allow yourself grace and that slice of chocolate cake 😋

Dig deep and lean in unapologetically as you remember and become again #yourfavouriteself

Happy Halfway mark Lovelies

May you lean into the change and cycle you are currently going through or being called towards.

May you find the courage to trust yourself and shout YES to the burn of transformation.

May you let go of all the non-essential parts of yourself, and ignore the fading, fear-filled voices. Because this is where you cross the river.

This is where you stop being the scared person you once were. This is where you shoot out of the cracks you've fallen into.

This is where the waiting ends and a new voice is birthed. A voice you recognise as your own, the new you.

And there is no going back. May you lean in, may you lean in.

Is it just me or is time flying? ⏰️

So here we are... a whole SIX months into '22 🤯😱

I know some of you may be feeling exhausted as we hit the halfway mark 🥴🤕
others perhaps either deflated or frustrated that their well intentioned goals and plans have not yet materialised 🥺😥 (I'm others 🙋‍♀️) and
some of you are ticking off with pride certain new years resolutions achieved. (I celebrate you 🎊🍾)

So my friend, no matter where you find yourself right now, know that this moment is exactly where you are meant to be - I know it sounds soooo philosophical 🙄😏 but there is nothing you could have done differently... this moment is here. In the now.

So allow yourself grace and a reminder that you have another 6 months to change the trajectory of your life in whichever way YOU please. You've got this.

What are you welcoming more of in June?? And what would you like less of? Check out my video to see what I'm setting as my 6 month intentions.
