Think it’s too late to get strong after 40? 👀

I’m 50, a mom of four, and some mornings I don’t feel like it either. But fasting taught me discipline in my body, mind, and spirit, and that’s what gets me to the gym.

Menopause isn’t the end of your story. It’s a new chapter. Start with one decision: show up for yourself today.

Comment FAST and I’ll DM you how to start 🙏🏾

A little oatmeal and a real conversation this morning. 🥣

Nobody is coming to do the work for you. Some days, you gotta walk alone. You won’t always have somebody cheering you on, checking in, or pushing you, but baby, you still gotta show up for yourself.

Pray about it. Trust God. Then take the step. Don’t put your growth on hold waiting for somebody to walk with you. ❤️

😜😜😜😜I WANTED TO LOSE 15 POUNDS IN 30 DAYS… BUT BABY! 👀🔥

Y’all!!! I set a goal to lose 15 pounds in 30 days, and guess what? I didn’t hit that 15… BUT I DID DROP 11 POUNDS! 🙌🏽💪🏽

And baby, I’m celebrating EVERY SINGLE POUND! 😂🎉

I’ll tell you this… just because you didn’t reach your goal doesn’t mean you didn’t make progress!

Sometimes we’re so busy looking at what we didn’t do that we forget to give ourselves credit for what we DID do!

Listen, I showed up! I stayed committed! Was every day perfect? ABSOLUTELY NOT! 😂 But I kept going!

And that’s what this journey is all about.

You gotta learn to trust the process, have faith in yourself, and stop beating yourself up when things don’t happen exactly how you planned.

11 pounds down is STILL 11 pounds down! And I’m not about to overlook that victory because I had my mind set on 15!

I’m proud of my progress, but I’m not done yet! We still got work to do! 💪🏽

Remember, it’s ME vs. ME! We’re not chasing perfection. We’re becoming better, one day at a time!

Stay the course, keep showing up, and DO IT ANYWAY! 🔥

Now let me ask y’all something… Are you celebrating your progress, or are you too busy focusing on what you haven’t accomplished yet? 👀👇🏽

DAY 8 ✅ | 13 MORE TO GO
Today’s word: GRATITUDE.

Today I rode with gospel music playing and just took a moment to reflect.

This morning I was almost in a car accident, and experiences like that have a way of putting everything into perspective.

I’m grateful to be here.
Grateful for another day.
Grateful for another opportunity.
Grateful to move my body.
Grateful to keep becoming.

Sometimes we get so focused on what’s next that we forget how much there is to thank God for right now.

“This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.”
— Psalm 118:24

Today wasn’t about pushing harder.

It was about pausing long enough to say, thank You, God.

Day 8 complete.
Still here. Still grateful. Still moving. 🙏🏽

DAY 6 ✅ | 15 MORE TO GO
Do It Anyway.

Today wasn’t just about getting the work done. It was about checking the direction.

I spent some time asking myself:

Am I still in alignment with my assignment?

Because being busy isn’t the same as being aligned.
Being consistent isn’t enough if I’m consistently pouring into the wrong things.

Sometimes we have to slow down long enough to ask God:

Is this still where You want me?
Is this still what You want me building?
Is there anything I need to release, adjust, or refocus?

Scripture:
“In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” — Proverbs 3:6 KJV

Today’s reminder:

Don’t just check your progress. Check your alignment.

Keep moving, but make sure you’re moving in the direction of the life and purpose you’ve been called to.

Day 6 down. 15 to go.

DAY 5 ✅ | 16 MORE TO GO
Keep the momentum. Do it anyway.

“You do not have to move fast. You just have to keep moving.”

Scripture:
“Do not despise these small beginnings…” — Zechariah 4:10

Day 5 of the Do It Anyway Challenge is complete.

Today’s reminder: small steps still count.

Every day won’t look the same.
Every workout won’t feel strong.
Every day won’t be perfectly planned.

But that doesn’t mean you stop.

Sometimes the win is simply choosing not to break the momentum.

A shorter workout still counts.
A lighter day still counts.
Showing up when you could’ve skipped it absolutely counts.

This challenge is teaching me that consistency is not about being perfect, it’s about continuing.

Day 5 down. 16 to go.
No excuses. Stay the course. 🔥

Monday reminder: don’t get weary in well doing.
You may not see the results yet, but that doesn’t mean the seed isn’t growing.

“For in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” — Galatians 6:9 KJV

Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep going. Your due season is coming.

DAY 4 — DO IT ANYWAY 🔥

Don’t get tired of becoming the woman you prayed to be.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t starting… it’s continuing when you don’t see the results yet.

Keep showing up.
Keep planting.
Keep believing.
Keep doing the work even when it feels like nothing is happening.

The seed can be growing before you ever see anything break through the ground.

“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” — Galatians 6:9

You may not see the harvest yet, but that doesn’t mean God isn’t working.

Today’s reminder:
Don’t quit during the part where the seed is still underground.

Do it tired.
Do it discouraged.
Do it when progress feels slow.
Just DO IT ANYWAY.

Day 4. We’re still going. 💪🏽

DAY 3 ✅ | 18 MORE TO GO
No Excuses. Stay the Course.

“You don’t have to feel ready. You just have to remember what you committed to.”

Scripture:
“Do not merely listen to the word… Do what it says.” — James 1:22

Day 3 of the Do It Anyway Challenge is complete.

And today’s reminder is simple:

Your feelings don’t get the final vote.

Some days you’re going to feel motivated.
Some days you won’t.
Some days you’ll have energy.
Some days you’ll have every excuse in the world.

But when you’ve already made the commitment, you don’t have to keep renegotiating with yourself.

You just show up.

That’s what this challenge is teaching me consistency isn’t about doing what feels good in the moment. It’s about keeping the promise even when the feeling changes.

Knowing what to do isn’t enough.
Talking about it isn’t enough.
At some point, you have to do it.

So whatever you committed to for these 21 days, don’t let today’s mood talk you out of tomorrow’s results.

Day 3 down. 18 to go. 🔥
