Some summer highlights since tomorrow is the first day of autumn 🍂

This summer was super fun for all my clients! This was the perfect time for some to start up again and get back in the gym, prep for fall sports during their offseason, or continue to stay consistent for all year training. Everyone had their own goals these last three months and it’s always so reassuring when we reach them! Can’t wait for what the rest of the year has to bring.

Our first big announcement this week is the starting of a 15u High School Scout team. We will begin winter workouts in January and lead into a highly competitive summer of tournament play and recruitable showcases. This team will prepare our athletes to play at the next level with college recruiting, social media and email training along with metrics based practices and games. We are looking to finalize our roster and are searching for talented and hard working High School Freshmen. Contact us for more information and check out our X page @TallyBaseball15

Saturday work.

Emily, Joelly, Anthony & Valarie putting in quality reps, building stronger backs, legs and cores that carry over across every sport.

Different athletes. Different sports. Same standard.

Build strength. Move better. Compete harder.

7 months postpartum today! 💪🤍

And I’m ready to get back into my routine with @fasttwitch & @ferraro.spine!

I’ve been coming to Fast Twitch for the last 7 years even throughout my pregnancy and there’s a reason I always come back. The atmosphere, the people, and the feeling of getting stronger continue to motivate me to become the strongest version of myself.

Since becoming a mom, my perspective on working out has changed so much. It’s not about being the smallest version of myself or “getting my body back.” It’s about building a body that is strong, capable, healthy, and able to keep up with the life I’m creating.

Strength training is something I think every woman should experience. There’s something so empowering about watching yourself get stronger, lifting heavier, and realizing what your body is actually capable of. Thank you to my trainer for helping me @ftsb_coachjeremy

Motherhood has made me prioritize my health more than ever because taking care of myself means I can show up stronger for the people who need me, too. 🤍

Here’s to strong women, strong moms, and becoming a little stronger every day. 💪
