Some editors fix your words. @fatimahphd fixed my words and fueled my spirit.

She gave this book the kind of rigorous review you’d expect from an academic journal—then made sure it was clear, human, and easy to apply. Every edit came with reassurance: This book is needed. And she didn’t just say it—she told me how she was already using it in real time.

Fatimah, you sharpened my voice, protected the heart of my message, and reminded me why I had to finish. I’m forever grateful, friend. 💛

My Book Doulas pushed me to finish. Now I’m pushing it to you. Pre-order your copy today! Link in bio.

Today I hit “send” on the final edits. I exhaled, teared up, then smiled big. In about 3 weeks, this book will be in my hands and soon, in yours.

Thank you to my family, my village, my editor, my early readers, and everyone who lent a prayer, a push, or a proofread. We’re almost there.

Preorder now—let’s put better conversations in the world.

This is hands-down one of the most unprofessional environments I’ve ever gotten services from. I went and got a procedure about two months ago and it only worsen my condition. When I asked about how long it would take for the procedure to yield the results I was told 2 weeks. I was patient and waited for a month. I didn’t see any results within that month and when I went in today Dr.Miller told me that it would take 6 to 9 months to see results, which is outrageous. If I had known it would’ve taken that long I would’ve never participated in this procedure, but it was not until I asked about it that they finally told me, post my procedure. They don’t check in on their clients progress, they handle your appointments poorly, and there’s virtually no communication at all. When I confronted my specialist, she gave me a cream, and basically told me to go figure out the rest by myself. They seem annoyed at your presence, annoyed with your concerns and completely indifferent about your progression. I would highly encourage people to seek services elsewhere because this place is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of their clients. It’s been two months now since my procedure and I am very dissatisfied with the progress that I made, in fact, I didn’t even make progress. I look worse than when I first got there. Dr. Miller did this to four clients and I am the fifth one. The procedure that I got done was Rejuvenated Cellulite for $4,000. Then I went to go get the Scluptra Liquid BBL which was almost $13,000. I had many sessions of massages which cost more than $800. Overall I spent almost $18,000 on these procedure in cash. Please I beg you do not waste your time with this establishment. You run the risk of worsening your condition, and coming out looking worse than what you came in with. Save yourself, self-esteem, money, and time.
