![summer book recommendations from my bookish friends ⋆❀🥥🌺🌊❀⋆
Hello, besties, and happy Thursday! 💛
I’m always sharing my own book recommendations with you, so for today’s post I wanted to try something a little different and let some of my bookish friends recommend their favorite summer reads instead.
I’m so honored to call these wonderful girls my friends, and the fact that they didn’t hesitate to help me with this post means the world to me. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 🥹💌
I love this community so much and how it has allowed me to meet and connect with so many amazing people. I hope you find your next summer read here!

[🇬🇧]
My very first book festival 📖💕
This weekend I attended my first-ever book festival: the 41st edition of La Comédie du Livre! 📚✨
Between the book stands, the meetings, the book signings and all the chats about books, I had an amazing day with my bookstagram friends 🫶
I was so happy to meet authors I hadn’t discovered yet (especially in the fantasy/sci-fi genre) 🩷🖊️ A huge thank you to everyone for their signings and kindness! I genuinely can’t wait to explore your worlds!!!
And of course, a special shoutout to the coffee breaks that kept us going throughout the day 🍵
I came home exhausted by the heat but with my head full of wonderful memories ✨📸
PS: Merci @lorena_hibooks pour la photo et la vidéo 💞

![January highlights 📖📸🧋
Between navigating some personal life changes and diving back into dissertation mode since the end of January, it’s been a busy month! 👩🏻💻 Reading has been a little harder than usual lately, but I'll do my best to keep showing up here on booksta! 📚
PS: I'm currently accepting coffee, snacks and moral support to get through this semester 🫂
On a more positive note: the undisputed highlight of my January was definitely watching the movie Hamnet!!! I still can’t stop thinking about it! 🍿
💬 How was your January? 🩷
