Acting, my first creative love. ✨

Thank you for ushering me into the world of what my creative nature can be,

The ever expanding creative network that equally expands me,

And all the moments you teach me more about myself and living.

I am always grateful for the right opportunities to return to you.

And by “right,” I mean the projects that change me, deepen my connection to my purpose and challenge me to continue clarifying my “why” fueling me to create and constantly evolve.

You remind me of the power of my passions, voice, thoughts, mind and body -

How intrinsically connected I am to them.

How impactful and resonant they can be.

—

THANK YOU to this cast of creatives for a process generous in spirit, thoughtful in questioning, rich in knowledge and trusting in authentic perspective-to-perspective connection.

@calley_ands what you wrote is art and collaboration with grounded artists like you is one of my greatest joys. Xx 😘

If Tuesday night was a testament to anything, it was to how much of a gift it is to be literally surrounded by those that affirm you. Living and ancestral. Theater makers and family & friends. Phenomenal actors and a one-of-one creative/production team.

Thank you to Aaron and the Fault Line team for uplifting me and my work so ardently over the past few years, culminating in a night I’ll never forget. Thank you to the incomparable Dominique Rider—the only director I could have gone on this journey with and who lifted this play to its highest heights. Thank you to actors who trusted, questioned, and pushed this play (and me) forward in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Talented doesn’t even begin to cover it. Thank you to my family for showing up and showing out in force as always. Thank you to every single person that made the Ivy, 1859 experience something electric, ephemeral, and alive. You made a packed house feel all the more infinite.

What an incredible start to what I hope is a much longer path with this play 🥹

I am honored to be in rehearsal this week working to bring this play to life. I started this journey in 2018. It wasn’t part of a trilogy then and I didn’t fully understand what I was getting into then, but I’m so glad I’ve landed with this version of the play at the exact time I have. It has landed me in the room with incredible actors, the incomparable Dominique, and the Fault Line team I’ve gotten to know and greatly appreciate over the past few years.

You can be in the room with us on Tuesday evening at 5:30p! Link in bio to RSVP!

Before today's reading of THE AYAHUASCA PLAY, hear from playwright Lori Felipe-Barkin how her travels into the Amazon Rainforest helped bring the play's K’uychi Allpa psychedelic retreat center to life.

2025 has been filled with milestones for Page 73 playwrights – and that’s thanks to you. Help us make 2026 another landmark year by giving $20.25 (or more!) by December 31 and be entered to win 2 free tix to COLD WAR CHOIR PRACTICE. (We’ll enter you, too, if you’ve already made your gift!)

Here's just a few incredible things your support made possible:

🛼 COLD WAR CHOIR PRACTICE Returns
After our sold-out 2-week run last June, Ro Reddick’s “highly entertaining… brainy new comedy” (@nytimes, Critic’s Pick) returns February 2026.

💚 Launching Ro Reddick
2025 has been a banner year for Ro, including the Paula Vogel Playwriting Award from @vineyardtheatre and a finalist nomination for the @blackburn_prize (check out the @playbill announcement with Pedro Pascal in our reposts).

🎭 Page 73 Alumni on Broadway
@sanaztss (2019 Fellow) and Samuel D. Hunter (2010 world premiere) both made their Broadway debuts in 2025 with English and Little Bear Ridge Road.

📝 Page 2 Workshop
We partnered with @faultline_th for an in-depth 2-week workshop of @vichetchum's The Boy Luck Club with 4 public readings attended by hundreds of audience members.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Development Programs
Fellow @lorifelipebarkin worked on 2 new plays and traveled to Ecuador for research, while the Writers Group allowed 8 writers to develop plays in community.

📗 6 Workshops & Readings
We offered playwrights time with professional artists and audiences to explore a script-in-process.
