What happens when something you’ve always connected to your beauty suddenly begins to change?

Do you fight to get it back?

Hide what’s happening?

Worry about what other people will think?

Or could there be another way?

This week on The Secret Keepers Podcast, I had a beautiful conversation with Heather Wesley, founder of Finding Feathers, about alopecia, body love, being seen, and what it really means to accept yourself when life changes something you never asked it to change.

Heather’s story may be about losing her hair…

but I think the question underneath it is something many of us can relate to:

How much of the way we feel about ourselves is tied to how we believe other people see us?

We went somewhere really meaningful with that question—and I’d rather let you hear Heather’s story than tell you how it unfolds here.

Want to listen?

Comment LOVE below and I’ll send you the episode link.
