POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Every time we open up IG we filled with such joy seeing how you’re interpreting and celebrating our THIS IS AGEING campaign, and making it your own.

Every post matters, and brings something different to the conversation. From photos across the years to joyful moments and completely unique perspectives, you’re showing just how many ways there are to experience, understand and embrace something we all share.

Ageing connects us all. It’s normal, universal and lifelong.

But whilst ageing is universal, no two experiences of ageing are the same. And that’s what makes it so beautiful.

So, here’s another selection of your THIS IS AGEING posts, and we’d love to see even more of you get involved! Whether you’ve been following along from the start or are only just discovering the campaign, it’s never too late to join. And everyone is invited and welcome - whatever your age and lifesage.

Together, let’s keep flooding social media with narratives that reframe ageing, challenge assumptions and encourage others to think and feel differently about getting older.

HOW TO TAKE PART AND BE FEATURED

MAKE IT YOUR OWN: Create a Reel, carousel, Story or post showing what THIS IS AGEING means to you. Include the phrase “This Is Ageing”, either on screen or spoken aloud. It could be you today, photos across the years, an everyday moment or something completely different. There’s no rulebook and no right or wrong way to take part. We want to see it through your eyes!

SHARE IT: Use #ThisIsAgeing and tag @ageismisneverinstyle so we can find your post and share your contribution.

ADD OUR STICKER: Search “Ageism Is Never In Style” or “thisisageing” in GIFs to find our official THIS IS AGEING sticker, featuring the word “ageing” in different languages.

PASS IT ON: Tag five people and invite them to take part, too. The more voices and perspectives we bring into the conversation, the better!

Remember: if you’re alive, you’re ageing. So, what does THIS IS AGEING mean to you? We can’t wait to see your version.

Our hearts are so full 🥹🩷

Last night we hosted our summer social and it was special for so many reasons.

1 - So many of our ladies who have only spoke online met in person for the first time 👯‍♂️
2 - Some ladies travelled over an hour to be with us 🫶🏻 #grateful
3 - We got to hear about more amazing collaborations that are happening over the next few months 💪🏻
4 - The laughter and joy 🤩
5 - Our big sister from NYC 🇺🇸 got to experience the Level Up Joy
6 - We’ve doubled in size since our last social 🚀
7 - Sweating 🥵 together made the heat more bearable 🤣
8 - We managed to coordinate a group photo with 40 women #teamwork

Beyond grateful for this incredible community 🩷🤍

£2,980 raised 🥹🩵

We are so incredibly proud to share the final amount raised from our recent women’s wellnsss event at Champneys Tring in aid of the Hospice of St Francis - and it was all made possible by 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 support 🙏✨🩵

From everyone who bought a ticket, donated, contributed a raffle prize, helped behind the scenes, spoke on the panel or showed up on the day, thank you. Together, we raised £2,980 for such an important local cause… something that’s truly worth celebrating.

The event itself was everything we hoped it would be and more: a beautiful setting, a packed room of wonderful guests, thoughtful and inspiring conversations, fantastic questions from the audience and a real sense of warmth, connection and community throughout the afternoon.

We were so grateful to hear from our brilliant speakers @themenopausemedic, @hannahaldersonnutrition and @beckyastonphysiotherapy, with @dr.graceaesthetics doing a wonderful job moderating the panel. A huge thank you also to the team at @champneysspas for hosting us so beautifully and helping the whole event run so seamlessly 🙏🙏🙏

And of course, thank you to everyone who donated such generous raffle prizes, including @ivboostuk_herts, @laurakateartistry, @feelfabphilippa and Champneys, whose support helped make the day even more special ✨🩵👏

We are still on such a high from the event, and even more so knowing that together we were able to raise £2,980 for the Hospice of St Francis - funds that will go towards such valuable care and support within our local community.

Thank you for being part of it 🩵

What if midlife isn't about declining, but about finally hitting your stride? 🤔

Philippa Taylor just flipped the script on how we view getting older, and I'm here for ALL of it...

Forget anti-aging. We're talking PRO-aging now.

Her CHARM approach is everything:

→ Community - surround yourself with your people
→ Hydration - fuel your body properly
→ Activation - wake up your wellness
→ Relaxation - rest is productive
→ Movement - keep your body alive

The sleep conversation though... that's where the magic happens 💤

Midlife isn't a consolation prize. It's your time to THRIVE.
