✨FAVS FOLLOW FRIDAY✨

This week has been difficult mentally, and sometimes social media wears me out. I second-guess putting myself out there HOWEVER the friendships I’ve made here truly bring me so much joy. The check-ins, the laughs, the recommendations, always being there to cheer each other on… it means more than you know!

Some of these people are my DAY ONE besties! Fun fact: I started Booksta in January as @ hearthboundwitch before IG broke up with on Valentine’s Day. (I was a rapid liker/follower when I first started and that’s a no no 😅☠️) Some of my besties have been here since then and stuck with me through starting over and rebuilding. 🖤

📚Mid-year reading log.

I am happy with the number and types of books I have read so far.. yes the number of pages are indeed little low but I am happy that I read some good books.. hope to continue reading quality books over quantity.
I did read a very boring book too but I guess as readers we all know that not all books will be a 4 or 5 star read.

I want to give a small shoutout to @kalie.reads and @felinefictional whose similar posts helped me create mine, while I was searching for simple inspiration posts..Thanks for the ideas guys, Simplicity is something which is super rare to find these days.🤌🏻

Sometimes on a whim you take a chance and start a Bookstagram account wondering if anyone will care what you post or what books you read. And sometimes you find your people in a small community through a lot of group chats, support, and encouragement. I feel so incredibly lucky to have found the very best group and I appreciate them all so much. Who knew 20 strangers could come together and celebrate one another so much in such a short amount of time. This Valentine’s Day I’m sharing something I adore with all of you and hope you can find community with them too 💕🫶🏻
